About this property

B17 Overlooking the forest, very pretty house in peace, close to the beaches

Adorable penthouse terrace on one level, composed of a very pleasant living room with a lounge area sofa fireplace, giving on one side on the open kitchen (fully equipped) and on the other side on the dining area. There is also a TV corner. The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
A wooden shed located on the other side of the terrace (at the entrance to the garden) is composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet.
The outdoor terrace is very well equipped to be able to live both outside and inside, equipped with an awning allowing lunch outside while being sheltered.
Plancha available. Parking in front of the house for several cars.
Ocean 15 minutes walk through the woods - Beaches de la Vigne 5 minutes walk (the only beach on the peninsula where swimming is possible at high and low tide). Bike path 2 minutes by bike.
House for 8 people maximum. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in summer (July and August).
You should spend an excellent stay in this house which is decorated with great taste.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette maison magnifique avec sa très belle terrasse, maison très bien équipée, literie très confortable.. Je recommande cette maison en bordure de forêt très proche du bassin et de l’océan .. nous avons fait tout à vélo .. un vrai plaisir

Séjour agréable et confortable

Nous avons passer de bonnes vacances ! Le lieu est calme et bien décoré. L'espace terrasse est agréable. La maison est bien équipée. La maison donne juste à coté d'une piste cyclable et vous êtes à 10/15 min du marché. Les chambres de la cabane sont un peu vétuste mais c'est largement suffisant pour le temps que l'on y passe.

Séjour très agréable, maison bien équipée. Bonne communication avec une grande réactivité de Céline. Tout s'est bien passé. Seul bémol : une odeur de remontée des eaux dans la salle de bain.

Völlig vernachlässigt und renovierungsbedürftig

Farbe blättert von den Wänden, Möbel brechen auseinander, die Waschmaschine wird von Klebeband zusammengehalten. Kein Glas oder Tasse ist ohne Schäden. Das Haus sollte man besser nicht mieten.

Très joli coin de paradis à l'abri des pins.

Très belle maison située dans une impasse d'un quartier très calme au coeur des célèbres pins du Cap Ferret. A deux pas des commerces et du village des pêcheurs où l'on peut y déguster de merveilleuses huîtres. Les dunes et l'océan à quelques minutes à pied d'un côté. Le bassin et sa plage de l'autre. Maison très bien équipée avec un très bel aménagement extérieur (grande terrasse, hamac, plancha...).
