We (family of 5) had a great stay in the house. Well equipped house, just 25-30min away by bike from Cap Ferret, the ocean ist just 10min away, the bassin just 3min by foot. The pool was still heated in mid of October

A lovely house which has it all

Valerie is a wonderful host, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property is what we expected and the photographs accurately represent this wonderful house. We were there for 2 weeks in June and would have happily stayed on longer. The property is ideally suited to take advantage of the local amenities: The Boulangerie, food shops, pharmacy, gift shops and the traditional oyster restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. The property is extremely comfortable and everything we could have wanted, the kitchen is well equipped and the lounge and dining area are a good size. There is also an outside dining area which has fantastic views over the Arcachon Bassin, a great place to gather and relax. The pool is a good size and gets a lot of sun and was well used by us. There is a lovely homely feel and we always looked forward to returning from our local adventures. We also hired bikes and took advantage of the cycle paths which are only a few minutes away. We really loved this place and can’t wait to return. Can not recommend it more highly. 5 stars from us. Jane/David & Friends.

La villa est très bien située, à 5 min de la plage et des commerces. Elle est très calme, très lumineuse. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour car la cuisine est très bien équipée. Quant à notre hôtesse, elle a su nous mettre parfaitement à l'aise !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Valerie.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Bassin d Arcachon ist hervorragend.Für unsere Kinder war der Pool perfekt und eine schöne Abwechslung zum Baden im Meer. Alles ist fußläufig in Le Canon erreichbar inklusive der traumhaften Markthalle in Pireillan.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für die erholsame Zeit!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Cap Ferret

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, der schöner nicht sein konnte. Es hat alles hervorragend gepasst: die Kommunikation mit Valerie war super easy und immer sehr nett, zuverlässig und verbindlich. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung, die Aussicht von der Terrasse und auch die Lage des Hauses sind wirklich top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magnifique location

La vue sur le Bassin d'Arcachon est incroyable! C'est comme un tableau dont les teintes évoluent au fil des heures. On ne s'en lasse pas. Cette maison est très confortable et au calme, à l'abri de toutes nuisances. Tous les commerces sont à 2 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent séjour au Cap-Ferret, pour les vacances de la Toussaint. La maison est comme le laissaient espérer les photos de l’annonce. Elle est très bien située dans le village du Canon, à quelques pas des premiers commerces. Elle est très bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. Superbe vue sur le bassin, surtout quand le soleil s’y reflète. Nos échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très fluides du début jusqu’à la fin. À refaire au plus vite!

Ein wundervolles Haus mit Ausblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern (im Beach-Style) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Toller Blick von der Terrasse auf das Bassin d'Arcachon. Der Pool war noch beheizt, hervorragend. Fußläufig sind Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. erreichbar, das Auto kann man getrost stehen lassen. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

trés bien situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cette région. La maison possède 4 belles chambres et un salon grand et très lumineux, tous les ustensiles sont présents pour cuisiner et profiter de l'intérieur (grande table) . La maison est parfaitement située, proche des commerces à pied et des pistes cyclables pour aller visiter les autres coins du Cap Ferret en vélo (parking à vélo dans le jardin). Le bassin d'Arcachon est à 2mn à pied et la maison donne une magnifique vue sur le bassin, très agréable en fin de journée. L'océan et les grandes plages sont également accessibles à pied en famille. L'accueil a été chaleureux et parfait pour nous. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Agréable séjour au cap ferret

Nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique maison de Veronique qui nous a réservé un excellent accueil avec son conjoint. La situation de la maison est idéale à proximité des commerces et en retrait de la voie principale. La vue sur le bassin depuis la terrasse est splendide. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. Il y a deux salle de bain et deux wc. Nous étions quatre adultes et deux enfants. La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Nous avons utilisé la bbq à disposition et le poêle fut agréable en cette saison. Une bibliothèque bien garnie ravira les petits comme les grands. Nous avons bénéficié d’un temps magnifique. Il paraîtrait que c’est toujours ainsi :) Le bassin est à 2 mn avec la joli village des pêcheurs d’huîtres. On peut faire ses courses à proximité très facilement. Il y a aussi un Super U à 10 mn. Je recommande !

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses, die Sitzgelegenheiten und der Pool sind super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, mit Blick auf Bassin. Die Lage ist perfekt (Bassin 200m, Atlantik-Strand 10min mit Fahrrad, Geschäfte ihn Laufdistanz, dennoch ruhig). Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Haus war beim Einzug leider nicht perfekt sauber, da das Putzteam die Vermieterin versetzt hatte. Dennoch insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Bassin

Wir verlebten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Blick von Terrasse auf das Bassin ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 3 km zum Plage Truc vert. Mehrere Austern-Degustationen direkt am Bassin gelegen sind 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, allerdings nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung, da der Zugang zum Haus sehr steil ist oder über zahlreiche Stufen führt.
