Property needs close follow up. I understand that it is the end of the season, but it feels that not effort were made for the next guests. Guests may clean up before leaving but we would expect a deep clean after each guests. Terrace and garden furniture were dirty , broken (which should have been checked and disposed off) and this was not overnight from the weather. Nothing is checked after guests. We found a dirty plate amongst clean ones. Dust and fluff which dates from more than a month ago (behind bedside tables and on top of crockery cupboard. Poor quality pillows, one mattress sinking. Toilet seat needs tightening up. Very poor shower. Don’t use the water anywhere else if someone is in the shower, socket hanging off the wall. Main patio windows do not lock, so if you go out close shutters or property is not secured. Property and content is basic and old for the price charged. The main attraction is the location. Needs serious updating for the price. We understand that things wear out and can’t be replaced every five minutes, but this property has not had any maintenance/ upgrade since being built. disappointing and would not recommend. Stayed in cleaner and better maintained properties.

Très bon séjour à proximité de l'océan

Séjour apprécié en particulier avec un jeune enfant qui a pu profiter de la plage très proche et facile d'accès .Nous avons visité différents sites à proximité de Carnac Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce , le bourg est sympathique , mais situé à 2,5 km de la plage . Globalement enchanté de ce séjour !

Liebenswerte Unterkunft

Wir, ein älteres Paar, waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus. Im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt 2019 hatten sich einige Dinge etwas zum Negativen entwickelt. Der Garten verlangt nach Pflege, auf der Terrasse und im Haus wäre eine gründliche Reinigung nötig, wobei auf den ersten Blick alles sehr ordentlich und sauber wirkt. Angebrochene Lebensmittel der Vormieter, auch winzige Mengen, waren nicht entsorgt, im Bad ist der Spritzschutz marode. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Haus sicher wieder mieten.

Magnifique séjour

Le logement est parfait comme point de départ pour des ballades à vélo et juste à côté d'une magnifique plage. L'intérieur est bien agencé. Avec un rafraichissement de la façade et de la terasse, l'endroit serait parfait. Et un grand merci à Odile pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Schönes Haus nahe dem Strand

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Der Strand ist nahe gelegen, das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Küchenausstattung könnte noch verbessert werden), Kommunikation und Übergabe war ganz problemlos. Eine hübsche Terasse mit einem kleinen Garten runden das Ganze ab. Leider - und das ist der einzige wirkliche Negativpunkt - bedarf das Haus einer Grundreinigung, alle Oberflächen (Küche, Möbel, Wände, Ausstattungsgegenstände) sollten mal gründlich sauber gemacht werden. Wäsche und WC waren jedoch tadellos. Wir haben dort eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht.
