House with stone facade, not overlooked, in the typical village of Sainte-Barbe with view of the great dune massif of Brittany upstairs overlooking the sea, can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Shops nearby, Carnac and Quiberon within cycling distance, cycle paths along the dunes and a beach close by, the house, ideally placed, will allow you to easily enjoy the riches of this charming site.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with wood stove and a bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
Also at your disposal and in an enclosed garden, a large terrace, facing south, surrounded by palm trees with a garden furniture and a barbecue.

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Es passt alles, vom freundlichen Vermieter bis zur gut ausgestatteten Küche, von den bequemen Betten bis zum herrlichen Palmengarten. Sogar das Wetter war perfekt!

In der wirklich super sauberen Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ohne Auto ist man ein wenig verloren. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz. Wunderschöne Gegend. Unsere Katze war nur noch im zauberhaften Garten.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern und unserem Golden Retriever eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit unserem sympathischen Gastgeber verlief reibungslos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herrliche Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt haben, und der schön bepflanzte Garten. Er ist eingezäunt, so dass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in dem kleinen Dörfchen Sainte Barbe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in höchstens 5 Minuten am Strand und in 8 Minuten in Plouharnel, wo es eine Boulangerie und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einen süßen Wochenmarkt gibt. Die Düne für schöne Spaziergänge zum Strand liegt zwei Minuten zu Fuß, den nächsten Reiterhof erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Location à st barbe plouharnel

Location très agréable avec le confort. Cuisine bien fournie au niveau des ustensiles. La petite terrasse est très appréciée avec son jardin.A 5 minutes en voiture du centre avec un accès à la plage en 20 minutes à pieds. Nous avons fait de belles balades.

Une semaine merveilleuse dans un lieu superbe. La maison repondait à toutes nos attentes et était super bien situé. Accueil très sympa du propriétaire. Seul tout petit bémol, nous étions 4 et il n’y a que trois places assises dans le salon.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen

Geniale Lage kurz vor den Dünen in einem verträumten bretonischen Dorf. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und man hat einen herrlichen Blick in den Garten, der seinesgleichen sucht. Palmen und Blumen soweit das Auge reicht. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und für Hunde ideal. Monsieur Jean ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Wir waren drei Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci.

Séjour à Sainte Barbe

Village agréable pour promenade variée :sentier bord de mer chemin balisé idéal avec un chien. Maison charmante bien équipée avec un jardin clôturé fleuri et entretenu. La semaine a passé trop vite, nous avons visité tous les environs, Auray Carnac Etel le golf du Morbihan l'île aux Moines. Merci au propriétaire pour ses conseils. A refaire

Séjour en Bretagne du sud

Une maison confortable, bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Proche de tous les commerces et de très beaux sites:Ria d'Etel, presqu'île de Quiberon, Carnac, Golfe du Morbihan..De jolies promenades à pieds toutes proches de la maison dans les dunes sauvages jusqu'à la plage.

Charmante maison au milieu des palmiers

Gîte au calme assuré, confortable et très propre. Chaleureux accueil par le propriétaire, soucieux du bien-être des vacanciers. De très belles promenades à faire, nombreuses visites, entre autres les sites mégalithiques, découvertes de ce coin de Bretagne encore sauvage sans trop de monde. Séjour très agréable.

Urlaub am Atlantik

14 Tage Urlaub in der Bretagne im September- vom Badeanzug bis zur Mütze war alles im Einsatz! Das Dörfchen St Barbe ist ein ruhiger Ort, der Strand lag in 1,3 km Entfernung. Es war sehr schön, sich jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen!

Klein aber sehr fein

Wir haben das Haus zu zweit mit unserem Hund genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders betonen möchten wir, dass das Haus sehr sauber und gut durchdacht ausgestattet ist. Die Küche ist im Wesentlichen eine Arbeitsküche; es gibt aber auch noch einen gegenüber der Küchenzeile aufgestellten Tisch. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Esstischgruppe für vier Personen unter der Treppe und bequeme Sessel. Der kleine aber sehr schön gepflegte Garten hat eine große Terrasse, die durch liebevolle Bepflanzung rumdum vor Einsicht geschützt ist. Das Doppelbett im EG-Schlafzimmer ist groß und verfügt über eine große Decke für beide. Die übrigen Betten befinden sich auf einer zum Wohnzimmer offenen Empore im Dachgeschoss. Bad und WC befinden sich zusammen in einem geräumigen Raum im EG. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Verständigung muss im Wesentlichen in Französisch erfolgen. Tipp : Vorab mit dem Vermieter folgende Punkte klären: Kaution, Bettwäsche, Checkout-Zeit. Kultur: Besonders hinweisen möchten wir auf die Menhirgruppe (Alignements de Kerzerho) an der Straße zum Nachbarort Erdeven.

Sehr schön

Leider war keine Bettwäsche wie in der Anzeige stand da und keine Geschirrtücher hatten wir selbst mit. KEIN Problem Super U im Ort hatte passende. Für eine Familie wäre es aber dann schon teurer. Sonst echt super. Vor allem der Garten.

Magnifique location

Du 13 au 20 mai Nous avons séjourner dans la location pour 5 personnes a st barbe plouharnel . Rien a redire tout le confort comme a la maison ,avec un extérieur terrasse ,entourée d arbres exotiques d une beauté palmier etccc. Trop ravie de cette location je l a recommande les yeux fermés.

Calme, verdoyant, très bien situé

Maison très bien équipée, rien ne manque, très bien décoré, extérieur très verdoyant (palmiers, vegetation tropical) les oiseaux comme les mésanges, rouge gorges petit moineaux, et les tourterelles ... Tout est positif, Nous avons vécue une très belle expérience
