Welcome to the coastal moors. rental of character, warm, spacious 75m2 ground floor and first floor, with its bar / pergola next to the pool and outdoor terrace, to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends, and not overlooked direct.

This rental is located in a very old Landes farmhouse from 1817, with a certain charm, which brings relaxation and warmth, thanks to the wood, the lime on the walls and the stone on the ground.
I carried out a large part of the development works in an artisanal way, with old methods.
A decoration recognized with taste and love very often appreciated was carried out by my wife so that you feel at home.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Nette und unaufdringliche Vermieter nebenan. Wir waren im August 2023 bei Sandrine und Thierry. Gute Ausstattung, viele schöne Details, abgeschlossenes eigenes Areal mit Pool und Bar. Thierry teilt auch mal sein leckeres Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten mit seinen Gästen. Bäcker gegenüber, so kurz war der Weg noch nie. Linxe liegt abseits des Massentourismus, bietet trotzdem Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen und Einkaufen inkl. 2x Markt pro Woche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique!

nous avons passé un mois merveilleux dans la jolie maison de Thierry et Sandrine. Thierry a rénové la maison avec amour et meublé Sandrine avec beaucoup d'amour. À l'arrivée, de délicieux cadeaux de bienvenue nous attendaient, quelle douceur! La maison était impeccablement propre et nous a fourni tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Un bon lit, une belle douche et une cuisine bien équipée. Dans le jardin, sans vis à vis, nous avions une petite mais jolie piscine, possibilité de pétanque et de jolis transats. Nous avons également été autorisés à utiliser leurs deux vélos électriques. Thierry et Sandrine sont très accueillants et ont un énorme respect pour votre vie privée. Nous nous sommes bien amusés et les recommandons de tout cœur sans aucune hésitation !! PS : Chaz, le golden retriever au bon caractère très doux était un gentil chien voisin, nous aimions le caresser et le câliner. Merci pour le bon moment! Chaleureuses salutations de Jeroen et Manon

Nous avons passés 3 semaines parfaites à Linxe. La location est idéalement située, propre, très bien équipée, sans vis-à-vis, proche de pistes cyclables. Les propriétaires, Thierry et Sandrine sont très accueillants, plein de bons conseils concernant les sites à visiter. Nous avons tout au long de notre séjour pu profiter des légumes de leur potager. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist der ideale Ausgangpunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben uns mit dem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt.

Le charme authentique des landes

Maison trés agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de gout, trés bien équipée, ( barbecues, plancha, piscine, terrain de pétanque, etc...), et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Idéale pour les amoureux, ou pour une petite famille. C'est un parfait pied-à-terre pour découvrir la région des Landes, du pays basque, ainsi que l'Espagne ( San Sebastian à 1 heure de route ). Rapport qualité/prix au top, et propriétaires trés agréables. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain.

Super sympathische Vermieter. Waren zum zweiten Mal in Linxe, und werden immer wieder kommen. Selbst mit 6 Erwachsenen Personen war es ein kleines, aber feines Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es entspricht allen Angaben und übertrifft die Erwartungen in puncto Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter.

Magnifique! Ein Wohlfühlort!!!

Wir haben noch in keinem Urlaub erlebt, dass das Domizil in der Realität schöner aussieht als auf den Fotos! Die Einrichtung ist modern und liebevoll. Gekalkte Wände und viel Naturholz, passen gleichzeitig zum alten Fachwerkhaus. Die Raumaufteilung hat für uns (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) super gepasst. Highlights waren der Pool, die eigene Petanque-Bahn, der große Gasgrill und die elektrische Saftpresse für den morgendlichen O-Saft (sonstige Ausstattung ist auch top). Die nächste Boulangerie ist direkt gegenüber. Thierry und Sandrine sind sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder!
