About this property

Very quiet house. Ideal for family vacations with fibre and air conditioning

The house is located in a very quiet small development ideal for family vacations. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with bunk beds), a shower room, 2 separate WCs, a living-dining room and an open kitchen. Outside a large wooden terrace and a garden with an olive tree, 1 lemon tree and a vine.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, 1 microwave oven, TV, 1 gas BBQ, with a plancha, a large garden table (8 places).
The city center is a 5 minute walk. You will find all the nearby shops and its Mediterranean market every Thursday and Sunday morning.
The beach is 5 km away. A cycle track allows you to go there by bike safely.
Animals are accepted in the house except in the bedrooms.

Very Nice!

Location and Property is great. Enjoyed the stay very much. Everything is within short drives, i.e. beach, groceries, cities to visit, exploring the area, restaurants in walking distance. Great patio and garden, including fresh lemons from the lemon tree! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing time!

A spacious, comfortable house

it was very comfortable and quiet, and the manager was helpful. The garden was beautiful. Very convenient for visiting several cities/towns near the coast and inland. One drawback was small water tank, so plan on very short showers.

Nos échange avec Céline ont était très naturel et agréable. Nous avons était très bien accueilli par Françoise une personne adorable et attentionnée. Pour le logement et bien comme je les répéter à plusieurs reprises nous avons eu la chance de louer la charmante petite maison de Céline un vrais petit cocon où nous nous sommes sentis très bien !!!! Maison agréable et chaleureuse

Maison plus grande que ce que l'on voit sur l'annonce, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, agréable et confortable. Glaçons préparés à notre arrivée, jus de fruit pour les enfants ! Pleins de rangements pour les affaires.... Bref très bon séjour, juste une étoile de retirée pour la propreté, car moutons sous les lits, frigo mal nettoyé tiroir de la salle de bain avec cheveux, poiles et poussière partout même dans les armoire....Mais cela ne nous a pas géné et ne nous empéchera pas de revenir tellement le gîte était bien, un petit coup de chiffon dans les armoires et tiroir de salle de bain et cétait bon ! Espace vert pour promener les chiens à 2 min et grande aire de jeux pour les enfants et ados à 6 min à pied. Bef d'excéllentes vacances dans ce gîte.

Location de charme dans un quartier silencieux avec un extérieur au calme et très appréciable. Commodités à proximité et la plage du Barcares n'est qu'à quelques minutes de voiture. Très bonne communication avec Céline qui en plus est très réactive. Je recommande ce logement

UN MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Très belle maison avec terrasse bien agréable et avec un hamac trop bien ! Pour cuisiner il y a tout le nécessaire et aussi un barbecue et un plancha. Nous avons dormis comme des bébés pas de bruit et la literie est bien confortable. Françoise qui nous a reçu est vraiment très gentille et au petit soin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Il y a tout a proximité pour se balader sur des sites et la mer est à 5 km.
