2019年4月に新しく改装された1,300 SQFタウンハウスでは、2階に3ベッドルーム、1階にリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチン、ランドリールームがあり、島の中央に位置する豪華な家がありますウミガメ市場の隣。 バークスアンドブラッドリービーチまで5分です。 1マイル以内にレストラン、映画館、食料品店などがあります。 私たちのタウンホームは、すべてのビーチとヒルトンヘッドアイランドの素晴らしいアメニティの近くに完全に配置されています。
美しいキッチンでの食事の準備から、ダンキンドーナツへの散歩、レストランでの食事まで、すべて楽しめます。 すぐにオンサイトのプールとビーチにアクセスできるので、ここで見つけられないものはありません。

HUGE MISTAKE

Made reservation on line and were not aware there were stairs which my partner cannot climb. the property owner was non-responsive to our efforts in contacting her with concerns. Our concerns were E-Mailed to owner and stated that we could not access the TT lock , we couldn't not stay in a place with stairs, the neighborhood appeared unsafe, exterior of unit and general appearance of property was dismal, we asked for a partial refund since we never entered property. She, Gloria, did not respond to our TTLock problems, until over 24 hours had passed with she provided another option for access. By this time we had found emergency lodging since we are elderly and time for check-in had passed.. We would never recommend this property to anyone, and believe that VRBO should investigate the conditions. We would like a refund of 60% as requested to Gloria and hope that she has the courtesy to agree. As yet we have not heard.

Comfortable and easy to find

Located just off William Hilton Parkway, the condo was easy to find. The place is just large enough to be comfortable. All the bedrooms are upstairs so it would not be suitable for anyone with any problems ambulating. The kitchen is small but suitably stocked and the ice maker wasn’t working at all. Also, entry requires an IPhone and some knowledge of downloading apps, etc. which is pretty neat; but, not everyone is IPhone savvy and should be aware. All in all, for our Spring Break getaway, this rental was close to perfect. Thanks, Gloria.

Not a place for the family if you are looking for a HH retreat

Said it was updated, maybe the kitchen was. Don’t know why we couldn’t wear shoes upstairs the floors were the stick on tile floors. Very little hot water in the guest shower. Couldn’t get the front door open with the app. Had to jiggle the door to get it open while using the app. Could not get the tv to work. Finally came on that night. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but no one bothered us.

It was horrible experience and I pray no one else goes threw

It was horrible and y’all were horrible to.I will never rent from VRBO again and I will let all my friends and family know about my horrible experiences as well. I didn’t have any help in getting my refund back from them or the property manager. I had to fight hard all night on top of checking me in my family into a hotel on the island

Not an accurate description/Do Not recommend

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. (We left this morning) the description said “brand new and beautiful” it is certainly not either. There were many many problems with the house and property. When we got there, we had to come and clean for 1 1/2 hours before we could even unpack. There was pubic hair in and on the toilet, drains didn’t drain or toilets flush well, hot water took 10 mins to get hot. The walls were stained and dinted, beds very very uncomfortable. The quilts were bleached stained and we couldn’t tell if clean, so we had to wash them all over again. They only left one dishwasher tab, one roll of toilet paper per bath room, one roll of paper towels and 1 trash bag. This was for a 5 day stay. We had to go and buy products even though we did all of our shopping before coming. This is not an easily access part of Hilton Head. We were told it was a 5 min bike ride. But it was actually a 20 min one to the beach. Which is too long to do daily as we normally do when coming. You can also not walk to the beach as it would take 40 mins. If you are coming to enjoy walking/riding down to the beach and have a nice place to come back to, this is not it. If you are going to just be here to sleep and be out all day then it would be better. But the beds are really not comfortable so it was hard to sleep. They do have good internet and the air conditioner was fine. But that is all. If there would have been a way to request a refund and then stay in a different place I definitely would have!! I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, clean condo. It is also not friendly for anyone who can not climb stairs. As all the bedrooms are up a long flight of stairs. We have someone who can not climb and they had a very very hard time.

Hilton Head Getaway

This was a last minute trip and VRBO helped us find a property for a good price for only a couple of nights. Clean, affordable, and the owner helped with all questions we had.
