Come to the heart of HHI and enjoy our families 1600+ square ft. fully-remodeled & cared for condo. We are located within Shipyard, which is full of beautiful bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis courts, a private beach for owners & guests only, a large pool overlooking the golf course (did I mention this is 100 steps from our front door?), right at the most convenient corner of the whole island. Like to bike? Us, too! You can bike to the beach in 12 minutes (or drive in 4, all within the neighborhood). Bike or walk to dinner as over 40 restaurants are 2 miles away (or less)! Our kids favorite part of the island is all of the wildlife
 See sights of alligators, turtles, birds, and deer on your morning walk! Enjoy our back porch with new & comfortable patio furniture. There is lots of room out back for the kids to run around. Our kitchen is fully-stocked & opens up to the eating area. The living room holds large families on the XL couch for movie nights. Our den has a daybed that sleeps 2 on separate twin beds. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths, all expertly remodeled. Every single room with a bed in the home has its own smart TV with YOUTUBETV and it is loaded with all the apps you could want. This includes the den, which is great for the little ones to enjoy their own time! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with plenty of room to spread out. Traveling with a baby? Remember, that infant doesn’t count in the max guests AND the master closet is tucked away & more than large enough for a private pack & play area (that we provide, as well as a high chair)! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk/workspace with speedy WiFi throughout the home. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There are a few toys in this room as well as a basketball hoop. Find a cabinet downstairs full of board games. We also provide beach towels, boogie boards & beach toys, a backpack cooler, beach bag, and loads of recommendations for a fun week at the beach! Bike rental options are endless on the island & they deliver bikes to/from your front door. We have a large private front porch to store your bikes at night. We take pride in hosting and look forward to chatting soon!

Great Family Friendly Place

We had a wonderful stay, as a family with small children it was so accommodating. The condo was soooo clean when we arrived. Sarah (the host) had sent wonderful recommendations and ideas of enjoyable activities around. The community was well maintained and very quiet. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the pool but the beach was convenient so we were able to hang out there! We would recommend staying here for sure and hope to be back!!

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

Beautiful, newly remodeled, spacious condo!!! We had plenty of wiggle room, and enjoyed the beautifully decorated beach home. The pool is justs steps away from the front door. The home was clean, and well cared for. The beds were comfortable. We loved everything about this home. Our daughter was purposed to on the beach at sunrise. So romantic and memorable. It was a trip we will never forget. The owners were great to work with and quick to respond to all of our questions. They gave us a fabulous list of places to eat and things to see. We would love to stay at this location on our next visit!

Our winter escape

We had a fabulous time staying here for 5 weeks. Condo was extremely comfortable and welcoming. Sarah is an amazing host. She responds immediately to any questions you may have. We come to Hilton Head every winter for an escape from our Wisconsin weather and Sarah has been our most attentive host so far. Close to everything. Rarely used the car. We biked everywhere. We even met several friendly neighbors in the complex. If you book this condo you won’t be disappointed.

Quiet neighborhood, basic condo

This property accommodated our group of seven adults. Bedrooms were good size and had plenty of storage so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases, closets were just short on hangers. Pillows were more like pancakes, and some were only in shams instead of cases. Blinds in one room were stuck in the up position. Bathrooms had great water pressure and shower heads, rugs moved easily underfoot and should have anti-slip pads. Living room left a lot to be desired
sofa is quite stained and tearing, not conducive for socializing as the sofa is the only seating. Additional chairs for use at dining table would be good, the metal stools do not suit people, especially older ones; we spent most of our socializing time at the table. Kitchen is roomier than appears in picture but still not very easy for 2 people to work in. Bullet-style blender was a huge hit! Drawers and cabinets were in disarray upon arrival and had to spend time organizing. There were only 7 forks, forcing us to hand wash every time one was used. Minimal glassware. Plenty of plates and bowls. Not many cooking or steak knives. Frequently saw roaches. Entire middle shelf in fridge was missing, a real challenge when buying food for 7 people. Grill was interesting
electric, and outlet didn’t work so we had to run cord thru slider door to plug inside, not even deep enough to close the lid on a good sized baked potato. A handful of lamps throughout the place didn’t work. Bottom line
condo was basic, neighborhood quiet

Perfect for Family Vacation

Condo is close to the Pope Ave gate which makes it easy to come and go. Lots if space and all newly renovated. Was perfect location for my family's vacation.

Perfect for a group!!

We traveled with 4 adults and 5 children
 this rental was outstanding! It was perfect for the group! The rental was super clean, the neighborhood was very nice, and the location was the best!! Communication was wonderful as well! Only complaint
 the trip ended so quickly and we had to go home. Definitely a must stay again property!

You wanna stay here forever!

From the very start Sarah was an amazing host, excellent communication and extremely kind! The home is beautiful and exactly as described. Perfect location, close to the pool and private beach. Oh and the pillows were amazing to sleep on, as were the beds. Loved having access to all the streaming platforms too. I highly recommend Sarah’s beautiful home for your perfect vacation!

Incredible property and even better owner!

We have visited Hilton head island many times and this is a incredible condo in a incredible community. The condo has everything one needs including many beach amenities. The owners are incredible couple who are extremely responsive and provided excellent information about the area on the welcoming email. Thank you Sarah!

Family Vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner! Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The place was well stocked, the property was beautiful, location was perfect, and the front door was just steps away from a private pool to the area. We loved the private beach for the community that was less than a 5 minute drive and plus all the beach stuff the owner provides! I would stay in this place again most definitely!! I was so pleased with how well the owner communicated also, anything I needed or had questions about she got back to me almost immediately! Such a wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed our time very much! Thanks for a great vacation spot!

We will be back!

We had so much fun on our little getaway. Sarah was an amazing host. She was quick to respond and gave us amazing instructions and suggestions. The place was so clean and had plenty of space for the whole family. This area is AMAZING. The access to the beach was easy with 3 kids 5 and under, the pool was perfect, our kids were begging to stay longer each day! We saw so many turtles and alligators. We enjoyed getting out and trying out different restaurants, playgrounds, putt putt, shopping and more! Hilton Head is a great place for people of all ages, we had the perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

What a great host(ess)! She had earplugs, soaps, sprays, toys, games, beach chairs, haircare products, etc. for us! Great bike riding area with alligator sightings galore. Newly remodeled and quite nice. Shower was good. Thankful you provided such a great, comfortable backdrop for our family vacation.

Love this serene family friendly condo!

We loved this condo!! The home and location were perfect for our family. We loved the quiet gated community and the walking/bike trails it has to offer, the scenery in this community is just beautiful! The pool was conveniently located steps away from the the condo and overlooked the gorgeous golf course. The condo itself was so clean and tranquil, a truly relaxing place to vacation which is what we are always looking for. We have been coming to HHI for years and have never stayed in an updated unit. It was a nice change and made a big difference to us. Drinking coffee on the patio surrounded by the beautiful HHI landscapes was a dream. The kitchen was so nice and had everything we needed including the grill off the kitchen which was perfect and a fun way to cook for kids while on vacation. The hosts were wonderful to work with and everything was as they said it would be. We did not want to leave and will definitely be staying here again in the future!
