The VRBO Rental 913986 was absolutely beautiful. The spacious unit is very tastefully decorated and really gives you the feeling of being at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Quick weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay. Everything looked great, it was very clean and smelled good coming in which is a big one for.me. It was a very short walk to the beach and our kids enjoyed riding the bikes that came with the condo. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!was

Karen is a Gem!

We had a great stay! Karen is always available for any questions you may have. She is truly lovely and works hard to make sure her guests have what they need. This is a perfect villa for a family. It is very close to the fitness center and tennis courts which my kids loved. It's a few minutes walk over to the beach, which we all loved. I highly recommend!

Everything about our experience was superb. Karen is a tremendous hostess and provides every amenity you can possibly imagine! The location of the condo was perfect for our family as the playground is just outside the door. The condo is immaculate as are the grounds of the resort. We rebooked for August as we were driving out of the parking lot!

Family Weekend

My mom, brother and I stayed here for a family weekend trip. This condo was in a great location, right on the beach but tucked back in the property a bit by the tennis courts which allowed for a more quiet location, which we preferred. The sleeping/bed rooms were perfect, bathrooms were nice and clean, the overall space was very comfortable and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Parking was easy and always available. Check-in was easy and the electronic key pad entry allowed us to not have to keep up with physical keys as we came and went.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 weeks, Feb. 18- March 23. Our daughter and 2 teenage grandchildren joined us for our last week. Everything was as described in the listing. Check in was easy, communication with owner was great. She responded to my questions quickly. Condo was very clean. My husband and family love playing pickleball so having so many courts available was a very big plus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching college tennis matches. The beach was beautiful and a short walk. Having bikes was also a big plus. Rode them almost every day. The pools were nice although it was too cold to go swimming. The beds were comfortable. Only negative was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. Could use an update. We had a wonderful time and would love to return next winter. Thank you Karen for letting us stay at this wonderful property.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay at the Family Flingo Beach Destination! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful and appliances were up to date. The condo had everything we needed! We had lots of card games for when it rained. The location was great- close to the beach, playground, courts, and pond. The resort had restaurants and a bar by the beach and pool. We were able to use the shuffleboards too by the pool. My only teeny problem was that our light remote would also turn on the other bedroom light and fan while they were still sleeping. I’m sure there was probably another way to access it though. It was an amazing getaway!

Great short vacation 09/21

Spent a few days here and loved the location and accommodations. Great communication with property mgmr (thanks Karen). Gained access to local bikes provided and even got an extension to stay a day longer. Everything at walking distance and bar and pool next to beach was best of all. Highly recommended !!

Family trip in December.

We planned our trip kinda last minute and needed a place to stay in the island. We found this rental and snagged it. While driving down I had to ask the owner a question and she responded very quickly with the answers I needed. The condo is in a perfect location. You can go any direction and run into shopping areas and restaurants. The condo is roomy and good for a smaller family of 4 like us. The beds were really comfortable and cozy to sleep on. The condo has everything you would need to make yourself feel right at home, especially in the kitchen area. All the pots and pans you need to make any meal. There are board games and movies for your enjoyment as well. The condo has 4 beach cruisers, beach toys, beach chairs to use. The bikes were older but in great working shape. Very nice and safe place to stay. You could come here ans honestly not leave the entire trip and use all the amenities at the resort and have a great trip.

Great winter break at the beach!

Karen's condo was well equipped - kitchen utensils, soft blankets, extra pillows, TVs...she even has a printer! It's a short walk to the beach, and Karen has thoughtfully provided a beach buggy, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids. We especially appreciated that she has 4 bikes available for renters -- and they were in good, usable condition! (If you've ever stayed at a beach house/condo, you know that's not always the case...) We had a great time and will definitely be back for another long weekend!

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Folly Field condo. The pictures accurately portrayed the interior and exterior of the condo. It was immaculate upon our arrival. Plenty of towels, soft sheets and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and you could easily find all of the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Everything was in great shape. The coffee was so very appreciated since we had an incredibly late check-in. Dealing with Karen, the property manager, was amazing. Communication was almost instantaneous. As mentioned, we had a very late check-in, which Karen accommodated beautifully for. We had a struggle getting a rental car in Savannah. But no worries. Between the 4 bikes that Karen supplied and the free trolley, we didn’t need a car. Navigating the trolley was easy and Karen was very helpful. Almost forgot to mention the beach! The condo comes equipped with everything you will need to enjoy an afternoon on the beach, which is within a short 5 minute walk. The beach itself goes on for miles and miles. We had so much fun bouncing in the mid afternoon waves. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend this condo and will book this again on our next visit to Hilton Head.

I am a wife, mom, and grandmother. I love adventures and I ventured into the villa rental business so my daughters and their families would have a place to go at the beach! It has been fun and rewarding!! I had no idea I would enjoy hosting villas to guests, but I absolutely love it! I actually enjoy hosting more than I enjoy the beach, myself. And my daughters (4) LOVE going! I have recently sold this villa, but I have the privilege to continue to manage it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location of this villa is pretty perfect. You are less than a 5 minute walk from the beautiful ocean and oceanside pool. There is a playground almost right outside the door. There are also tennis courts just off the balcony and it is VERY entertaining to watch folks play tennis. It's a fun, relaxing place to be and all ages can enjoy the villa.
