Chalet Les Houlottes is a comfortable, functional and spacious chalet. The spacious ground floor TV/ games room space and general layout make Chalet Les Houlottes a great choice for extended families wanting to share precious family time, two families sharing or a group of friends.

The games room features table tennis, TV, X-box and comfy sofas - the kids can take over the ground floor while the adults relax around the fireplace in the first floor lounge. Perfect!

With a bathroom on each of the top two floors and wc on each floor. Younger children will enjoy the cosy triple bedroom - cable car included (see photos).
The compact kitchen and bathrooms are the most recently renovated indoor areas at the chalet.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please note the drive is quite short and steep. Even when cleared of snow you may prefer to park your car at the bottom of the drive and walk up (approx. 20m). Although the property accepts 3 babies on top of the total capacity, please note that there is only 1 baby cot and 1 high chair available.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Simple chalet with beautiful views

Beautiful views from the chalet, which is a 15-minute walk into the tiny village. The kitchen is compact and could use new pans, oven mitts, and a wine opener (we left one there). Basic for simple meals. This simple chalet would work well for a family, with the lower level offering a ping pong table, loads of games, and a TV area (TV seems to only be in French, no English, not a smart TV). We did not find paths for sufficient walking with our dog due to heavy snowfall! Overall, if seeking a quiet setting that requires driving and does not require a real village/town within short walking distance, this would be good.

Le chalet est vraiment top. Nous y avons passé un Noël absolument magique. La vue depuis toutes les pièces est grandiose, les pistes de La Clusaz à seulement 20 minutes sont très facilement accessibles. De belles promenades pour nos chiens. Le chalet est très bien équipé, a tout ce dont on a eu besoin et est très chaleureux. Les salles de bains ont été refaites récemment et la cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Vraiment notre meilleure location à ce jour ! Un bonheur.

The chalet is very comfortable with lovely finishes. It has everything you need. Arrival was easy (we arrived late at night and the manager had put lights on for us which was super helpful and welcoming) and everything is lovely. Manigod is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. We'd love to go back.

Le chalet de Rollon, à Thônes, permet à la fois de profiter des pistes et stations des Aravis en hiver, et de découvrir les vallée, et le lac d'Annecy tout au long de l'année. Après une journée d'exploration, quel plaisir de se relaxer dans le jacuzzi avant de préparer un bon repas dans la cuisine tout équipée. Il y a même à l'étage un coin bureau pour les adeptes du télétravail ! A bientôt sur OVO Network.

The property is exactly as described. A few minutes drive outside of the small-town centre. Pitch black in the evenings and only the sounds of nature. Great sunsets. My 11 year old loved the games room. We were happy to escape the heat of the coast to the idyllic alpine countryside...
