We love its location just outside the busy market town of Thônes - despite being so close to shops and restaurants, you still get great views, a large garden and a superb furnished terrace with a hot tub.

The chalet has been well designed for holiday guests, and particularly for families. There are two triple rooms ideal for younger guests, who can also enjoy their own space in the cinema/games room on the ground floor. There are five bathrooms too, including the shower room in the well-being area on the ground floor.

The beautiful terrace and garden is a real bonus, whenever you decide to visit. The hot tub is great in the winter, particularly when it's snowing, and the furnished terrace is an ideal place for stargazing. In the summer, kids can enjoy the run of the garden and there's a pétanque court too.

The INDOOR SWIMMING POOL will only be available for rentals from 21/12/24. Important: please note that if you book the nearby Julena chalet and Ferme du Cortet together, the living spaces in both chalets are not large enough to accommodate a group of 24 people. For owners of electric vehicles, a flat-rate contribution of €50 towards the cost of the electricity needed to recharge the batteries will be charged on site when you arrive at the chalet. Note : The chalet is non festive, thank you for respecting the neighbourhood.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
