About this property

"Villa-Abricotta" with swimming pool near Toulouse

Single storey house of 170 m², on 3000 m² of wooded and fenced land. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs, a TV lounge, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a pantry, a covered terrace, a trellis terrace and a swimming pool ( with alarm).
A "wing" of the house with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The other "wing" with the third bedroom, a second bathroom and a second toilet. In the center of the house are located the TV lounge, the fitted kitchen, the dining room and a pantry with washing machine. The house is fitted with underfloor heating which also provides air conditioning in summer.

Travelers will have access to the whole house and its exterior, except my bedroom, my office and the garden shed (which are not shown in the photos nor mentioned in the description).

The house is on the edge, far from the road, no nuisance. It is located in a small village (with all shops, U supermarket, doctors, pharmacies, library, toy library, tennis courts and other sports grounds). 5 minutes walk from the large Buzet forest, health trail, bike trails.
15 minutes walk from the lake with water skiing, paddle, beach volley, pétanque.
The house is 25km from Toulouse, 36km from Montauban, 35km from Albi. Not very far from the Mediterranean beaches (1h45 by highway). Nearby, villages classified as Cordes-sur-Ciel, Bruniquel, etc.

Accueil convivial et petites attentions à l'arrivée, Olivier sait recevoir ses hôtes. Hébergement spacieux, au calme, très bien situé, sans vis à vis et parfaitement clôt. On passe des vacances tranquilles si c'est ce que l'on souhaite. Toutes les commodités sont proches et accessibles à pied en moins de 20 minutes. Des vacances reposantes et agréables, sans contraintes

Maison spacieuse sans vis à vis, tranquille et avec un grand jardin paysager. La piscine au sel est très agréable et son nettoyage automatique et efficace nous a permis de profiter sans contrainte. Literie prête à l'arrivée, petits cadeaux d'accueil, Olivier est très attentif et accueillant pour que l'on se sente bien tout de suite. Juste à poser ses bagages et profiter sans compter.

Excellent séjour dans une splendide maison

La maison est spacieuse, moderne, fonctionnelle, très bien décorée. Nous avons rapidement eu l'impression d'être comme chez nous ! Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables également et nous en avons bien profité. Olivier nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et est toujours resté très disponible, ainsi que son fils Benjamin pour l'entretien de la piscine. Ils nous ont très bien conseillés pour les visites à faire aux alentours de Bessières. Un grand merci pour tout ! La maison est très bien placée : au calme, mais on peut aller à la boulangerie ou au marché de Bessières à pied (10 minutes environ). Il y a également un supermarché à proximité. Tout a été parfait pendant notre séjour : nous ne pouvons donc que recommander cette adresse !

De bien belles vacances dans un cadre agréable

Superbe accueil et disponibilité d'Olivier le propriétaire. Toutes les prestations étaient conformes au descriptif. Très agréable vaste piscine au sel avec son nettoyage autonome, nous n'avons fait que profiter. Maison très agréable et confortable, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, terrine et bouteille de vin offertes, il n'y a plus qu'à poser ses valises et se rafraîchir dans la piscine. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Merci pour tout.
