Loved this property. Great location, easy access to everything and quiet. Kitchen well stocked. Beach supplies, towels, coolers, chairs, umbrella, and a folding cart, great ideas.

Reviewer Comments: Visitamos Huatulco en estas vacaciones de diciembre, el lugar nos gustó mucho, tiene dos habitaciones amplias y una tercera en un segundo piso. También tiene dos baños completos y una cocina bastante equipada. La alberca muy agradable y el lugar muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos del Chedraui. La próxima vez que regresemos a Huatulco consideraremos volver a quedarnos allí.

My stay at Mixie Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice apartment, fully equipped ,clean and well maintained. Very close to to the beach. The only complaint is no the pool schedule, supposedly it should be open between 9am and 9pm but at night typically the lights were off earlier than 9pm.

Excellent accommodations and short walks to two beaches and downtown area. Quiet, spacious and everything worked properly. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool along with the other tenants.

The grounds are kept impeccable by the staff and the condo itself had every amenity we required for cooking! The other condo rentals were Canadians too so that was nice to see our fellow Canuck’s enjoying Huatulco. It’s my favourite place to go!

The condo was perfect for us a family of four. It was clean and the layout was great. This property is centrally located and easily accessible. Tracy greeted us and gave us great recommendations regarding restaurants, grocery store and provided multiple contact information in case we needed help.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location: Great location for groceries, beach, restaurants but you are surrounded by 7 Mexican hotels. Empty lot next door had tour buses which left early (diesel) The Mexican hotel next door had extremely loud parties. One night it lasted till 2:30 a.m. Screaming children were by their pool all day. If you want a quiet place this is not the condo for you. View: From the balcony you can see an abandoned building. Construction workers stay there. At one time it was housing 18 men. Was not happy with seeing that. Also across the way is an art gallery which has live entertainment 3 times a week. Very loud music and singing.Condo: The kitchen is NOT a gourmet kitchen as described. There is only basic pots, dishes etc. No extras at all. No strainer, no storage bowls, we went out and bought a grater and used our yogurt containers for storage. There is also no oven or grill to BBQMy suggestion would be to have a toaster oven or air fryer so you can cook meals. We stayed here for a month so we didn’t want to eat in restaurants every night. Restaurants are amazing by the way :-)We loved Huatulco but would not recommend this condo due to NOISE

It had everything we needed and was a short 1 minute walk to the grocery store, so we could quickly pop out if we realized we forgot to grab something...which was often. :) Both the team at My Huatulco Vacation and property manager - Juan Luis - were great and always there to help. The complex itself was very boutique (there were always open loungers at the pool!) and the vaulted ceilings in the condo make the space feel so open. We will be back!

Location was amazing, so easy to walk to the store for groceries, and steps away from amazing restaurants, and 7 mins walk to the beach, and a 15 min walk for Santa Cruz.Loved the place, we were 2 couples, and there was definitely room for all of us. Loved the two bathrooms, and two balconies.We would definitely stay here again.

Huatulco Condo Stay

Location is great with grocery store and restaurants nearby. There was some construction close by but that would be temporary. The pool area was very comfortable and clean . We enjoyed our stay very much. One thing that would improve the condo would be the addition of BBQ s.

Dream vacation

Reviewer Comments: Since we had never been to Mexico and knew we wanted to go on excursions while we were there, this condo with "My Huatulco Vacation" was perfect. Our 2 girls each had a separate area and I especially loved bird watching on the balcony. The condo was close enough to walk everywhere we needed. A grocery store within a block and more importantly the beach within 5 minutes. The beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella in the condo were very handy. It was also nice to know that someone was there 24 hours a day for security, etc. We had great communications with Gaby setting up the airport transportation, the excursions (Archeological site, Hagia Sophia with ziplining, Bay tour with snorkeling, waterfall tour) and her answering lots of questions. Our trip was amazing.

Mixie rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager was very helpful and attentive. The unit was clean and well equipped, however, we were not happy overall for the following reasons:-there was insufficient water pressure and hot water especially in the kitchen;- we were careful about using the air conditioning (eg turned it off/closed bedroom doors during the day, did not turn the temperature too low and kept the blinds/patio doors closed). Even so, it did not work well and occasionally blew fuses;- the walls and windows were not sufficiently soundproof. The noise level and commotion from the unit across the hall (2 dogs and many children) as well as nearby construction which started early in the a.m. was totally unacceptable;- we had small ants and roaches in the kitchen (the bldg manager offered to fumigate which we declined because of health issues. He provided ant bait which helped with the ant problem).
