Summer family trip

Perfect stay

Our family of 4 (including two high school daughters) had an awesome time. The communication leading up to the stay was great and helpful. The service from those in the lobby was a bit hit or miss, but all other interactions throughout the property were outstanding. Access to hotel amenities was great. Would absolutely come back and would recommend.

Property is amazing, Vrbo listing is way overpriced go direct.

We loved the villa; the entire place is gorgeous. So many activities and fun for the entire family. My issue is more with the listings, they are entirely made to make you believe the suites are better than the villas. They are not. The 1st place we stayed was a villa, entire kitchen, more room. We rented this place through here as well and paid way, way too much. The suites are not large, they have a smaller kitchen and it was far more expensive. I would actually do yourself a favor and call the ritz Carlton club direct and get a room. You will save thousands. Also, we will definitely go back, it’s an Amazing vacation.

Ritz Club - a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Club. The location of the property is an asset. Easy access to water excursions, ferry to St. John's, cute restaurants off property. The Ritz Hotel recently reopened, but were well staffed and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, there were limited restaurant options for dinner on property which made it difficult for making reservations (we could not get a reservation at Alloro the entire week). Another note - the Ritz does not have its own shuttle service. When leaving the property, you need to call cab services to go into Red Hook. We will definitely be back!
