Magnificent longère combining the authentic charm of stone with the design of a contemporary and luxurious interior. All located in a bucolic countryside on the coast of legends. This old farmhouse is about 8 km from the dunes of Keremma and the bay of Goulven.
After a stroll by the sea or nautical activity, you will relax in the 6-seat SPA (Marque Jacuzzi), or bask in the indoor swimming pool heated to 29 ° equipped with a counter-current swim.
The longère of Pont du Châtel is surrounded by a magnificent park of over 4000 m2. Young and old will find their happiness and while some will indulge in the trampoline or ping pong, others will lounge by the pool or in the Jacuzzi.
A barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy the sunny days.
A billiards table is also available.
And to rest serenely, new high quality bedding.
The central point of this house of almost 300 m2 is the warm family kitchen where you can meet up with family or friends and simmer good meals on the wood stove.
Possibility to rent 3 nights outside school holidays.
We rent for 8 adults and 4 children maximum. A deposit of 2000 euros will be requested upon arrival.
If you wish to travel light, household linen is provided for 13 € / pers.
Tourist taxes are € 1.50 per adult per night.(donated to the tourist office)

Super family holiday home!

Great house! Plenty of space both inside and outside for families to enjoy the different areas of the house. Swimming pool, hot tub, games room, pool table, table tennis table - what more could you want! Beds were comfy, crisp linen and bonus of both pool & bath towels. Enjoyed the wood burner (heating made house lovely and warm) and the bar! The two separate lounges were nice in the evening. Fabulous house for a large gathering of friends or family. We would go back 😀

Week in Brittany

Property was exactly as described. We were a party of 6 aduls and 6 children and it was plenty big enough. Pool and hot tub were great. House was very remote,with no village within walking distance therefore we had to drive for everyday for things like croissants, bars,restaurants etc. All things considered we all had a lovely holiday. Downsides were that the weather was horrendous and most of the restaurants were closed for their summer break !!!

Que du bonheur !

Formidable week-end en famille réussi en majeure partie grâce à cette très belle location. La piscine, le billard, le baby-foot, le spa etc..., tout le monde y trouve son compte. Tout est bien pensé et sur équipé, il ne manque rien. Une excellente literie pour bien récupérer au calme. Un accueil excellent et des proprietaires très sympathiques, arrangeants et très à l écoute des demandes. Nous gardons un magnifique souvenir de ce week-end et nous recommandons sincèrement cette adresse. Merci à Sylvie, Franck et François.

Un gîte incroyable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce superbe gîte et il faut avouer qu'il serait difficile de faire mieux en termes d'équipements. Piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, table de ping pong, babyfoot, billard, terrain de pétanque, jeu de fléchettes : tout est très bien pensé pour un séjour de familles ou de groupes d'amis. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la présence de trois salles de bain permet un réel confort. En bref, nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans le Finistère. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter !

Le bonheur!!!!

Une maison exceptionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Petits et grands trouvent leur place entre toutes les activités proposées (baby, piscine…) sans se marcher dessus! Sylvie et Franck sont disponibles et pleins d’égards, François assure un accueil souriant! Tout était réunis pour passer un wk inoubliable dans une propriété magnifique et fluide pour un groupe!!! Allez-y les yeux fermés, je recommande a 100%! location de très haute qualité

Gemütliches Ferienhaus !

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit einer Gruppe von 10 Mädels gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Räumlichkeiten sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, was den Vorteil hat, dass man sich nicht gestört oder beobachtet fühlt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Grünflächen und verfügt über einen privaten Garten und Spielplatz, der für Fremde unzugänglich ist. Zum Einkaufen ist allerdings ein Auto notwendig, da der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ca 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Den Strand erreicht man in ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der nächste Bahnhof ist 45 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ich empfehle also keine Anreise mit Zug/Flugzeug. Der Herr der uns empfangen hat war sehr freundlich und offen für fragen. Im Allgemeinen hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Charmante longère dans un endroit sympathique et calme👌

Sympathique longère où on a passé de merveilleux moments. Baignades à volonté grâce au spa et grande piscine! Et le feu de cheminée avec ce temps froid à l'extérieur était très appréciable également. Les enfants sont ravis. Merci à Sylvie et Franck!

Communication très facile avec Sylvie et Franck. Tout a été simple. Merci à eux (et à François qui nous a accueilli). Très bons moments passés entre amis. Idéal pour se détendre. La piscine intérieure chauffée est un grand luxe. Tout comme le jacuzzi. Même en cette fin mars, nous avons pu en profiter. Parties de billard, ballades, etc... Nous avons très bien dormi également grâce au calme absolu. Très bonne literie. Je recommande ++.

eine gelungene woche mit vielen möglichkeiten . in diesem wunderschönen haus .gute betreuung trotz sprachbarrieren. einen kleinen nachteil muss ich jedoch anmerken: die treppe zum pool ohne geländer war für mich als ältere frau eine grosse herausforderung. ansonsten haben wir und sehr wohlgegühlt. vielen dank
