Great apartment with a fantastic view of Maspalomas from the balcony.
Modern renovated Apartment located on the popular Avenida de Tirajana - The place where everything is within reach.

Placed high in the building gives you a fantastic view over Maspalomas with the mountains and ocean in the horizon. The lovely garden contains two swimming pools, palms, flowers and a tennis court.

The garden is normally quiet without wind due to a wall and the trees - It is sometimes an advantage during Winter where strong wind might appear now and then. Sunbeds in the garden are free for Guests.

Perfectly equipped and spotless appartment in quiet facility with a nice pool. Highly professional host, made sure I had a truly enjoyable stay (including friendly airport transfer). Thank you very much, hope to return soon!

Sehr schönes Apartment

Alles super, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist top.Man hat hier alles was man braucht. Top Aussicht. Alle Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sehr sauber!!!

Amazing property and owner

The apartment was absolutely lovely. It was clean and very modern with thoughtful extras. Such as smart TV, WiFi.. Beach towels, safe the list goes on and on.The pool area and garden are very well maintained with lots of free sunbeds and a lovely place to chill and relax. Soren(the owner) couldn't do enough for us including getting in food and drink as we had a late flight.. Arranging transfers for a very reasonable rate. He is a very kind and friendly person.. We managed without the use of a car.. Everything within walking distance.. We enjoyed the local restaurants. Supermarkets are close selling good quality wine and spirits for a very good price. We recommend that you walk to the sand dunes at maspalomas. Breathtaking area of natural beauty.. To top it off beautiful weather. All in all a great holiday xxx

Great place to stay and relax

A wonderful apartment, clean ,modern, comfortable and well designed and thought out with nice added touches. Pool area always quiet, not the most comfortable sun beds but Soren kindly delivered some long cushions to use on them. Wonderful view from the balcony across to the mountains and great sunsets. Close to several supermarkets and numerous restaurants.Can walk to the beach and dunes from the apartment. Great communication and a very helpful host, had the pleasure of meeting him too.Would definitely recommend.

God beliggenhet, i fredelig og sikkert området, velutstyrt leilighet, gode senger, nytt og romslig bad, kjøkken med alt som trengtes og i tillegg blant safe, vaskemaskin, aircon og balkong. Pålitelig og service minded husvert. God rengjøring. Anbefales! Har selv bestilt på nytt for 2019

Super apartment

A lovely, renovated apartment, ideal size for one or two people, with a great location in Playa del Ingles with easy access to both beach and nightlife (sorry, this is beginning to sound like estate agent blurb..) but is true. Balcony is west facing so evening sun, if that is your preference. Modern kitchen equipment, well stocked and often 'essentials' like condiments, cleaning products etc present, also good WiFi and interactive TV although, as is the case in the Canaries generally, there are 500 or so German language channels (slight exaggeration) and 2 English ones, which keeps you up to date on the news 24 hours a day if nothing else. Lots to watch, however, on YouTube via TV via TV or internet. The owner was very attentive and friendly in providing information about everything from airport transfers (including potential arrangement for private transfer) to all aspects of the flat, equipment etc; written documents and speaks excellent English. Any minor glitches were dealt with quickly and efficiently e.g. initially erratic internet connection resolved, particularly as he was in the resort at the time. There is a permanent resident who hands over keys and does the cleaning also and she is very friendly and speaks English. Don't book it up ahead of me!

Super beliggenhed!

Dejlig lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver for at have en god ferie. Veludstyret køkken med masser af gryder, potter, pander. Bestik, glas, tallerkener mm til 6 pers. Flot stort og nyt fladskærms tv med uendelig mange kanaler. Stereoanlæg med CD og minsandten også en "ladestation" til div. Ipad/tlf mm. Helt vidunderlig udsigt over det velplejede poolområde og de smukke villahaver med masser af palmer. Lejligheden er beliggende super centralt - man kan gå til alt. Jeg kan kun anbefale lejligheden og kommer gerne igen!

Väga meeldiv majutuskoht. Hubane ja mõnus. Asukoht hea , bassein . Omanik Sören oli äärmiselt abivalmis ja tore. Tegid meie sealviibimise mugavaks. Järgmisel aastal kasutame võimalusel kindasti sama kohta majutuseks. Toad piisava suurusega ning kõik vajalik olemas. Edu edaspidiseks ja taaskohtumiseni!

Super Wohnung mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist gut und zentral gelegen. Nur ca. 10 Fußminuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut aufgeteilt. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er besorgt Buspläne und achtet auf viele Details die mir bei anderen Vermietern teils gefehlt haben. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung mit netten Menschen. Wir würden alles sofort weiterempfehlen.

schöner Urlaub

eine tolle Wohnung in bester Lage von Playa de Ingles. Wohnung ist noch im alten spanischen Stil eingerichtet, soll aber demnächst renoviert werden und dann ist sie perfekt für 2 Personen. 4. Etage, Fahrstuhl, schöner Pool mit Kinderpool, Tennisplatz. Alles was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, super freundlicher Vermieter, sehr gute Kommunikation in englisch und super deutsch.
