Why did we fall in love with this house?
My wife, our daughters Julia and Eva, and I had a real crush on this house. For his soul, his peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. While visiting the Uzes region, we first fell in love with the city. This sweet paradox between this active city, and the tranquility of its alleys. We both have strong occupations and very active lives. It is therefore a real pleasure for our family to come down from Belgium and find our sunny haven of peace. You will be seduced by its magnificent stones, and its spacious rooms furnished in a style highlighting the building.

Perfect for whom?
When we are not there, we are eager to share this place so important to us. We find it ideal for one or two families. For couples of friends. In short, all people wishing to discover the Uzes region. It is easy to take wonderful walks in the vineyards (view of Mont Ventoux), walking, and cycling. Or simply enjoy lazing by the pool.

His soul....
Our house exudes a peaceful, calm and relaxing atmosphere. The village of Saint-Pons-la-calme is quite charming, and is located on one of the wine routes. The house is very comfortable, and we have equipped it with quality equipment, because we spend several weeks there a year.

Having children ourselves, the house also has toys, books, ...

Sun layout:
Throughout the year, the sun overlooks the garden and its swimming pool. It is also possible to take advantage of the terrace at the front of the house, for sunny breakfasts for example. They are very pleasant. Around 1 p.m., lunches can be taken in the shade of the house on the rear terrace. What could be better than having an aperitif by the pool, while chatting with friends, or playing with your children. You will then have a magnificent view of the wall of our barn (to be renovated in a future project). You will be calm, with family, friends, and you will be beautifully good :-)

Our house is a charming and authentic 19th century building with 300 m2 garden and swimming pool (3.5m x 3.5m x 1.5m deep). It is located in a bucolic village in the region and we have been able to keep all its charm thanks to a charming and refined restoration.
Its atmosphere, its soul, and its decoration make it a very peaceful and relaxing home.

A pleasant portal welcomes you on an intimate courtyard by a slight alley which will lead you to the entrance.

The ground floor consists of an elegant reception room with fireplace (functional), a bedroom for 2 people, as well as a bathroom.
On this same level, you will find a charming and bright Provencal style kitchen / dining room, 23 m2, decorated with its cellar which gives direct access to the garden.

A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to two spacious 23 m2 bedrooms including a master suite with bath and dressing room. Each has a pleasant bathroom which overlooks the courtyard and enjoys pleasant light.

The garden, surrounding the property on two sides, offers on the one hand a courtyard space, then a small driveway; from the back of the property, a garden area with a plunge pool and a sumptuous barn to restore.
