About the host
Your host
Grew up an hour from Asheville, lived quite a few different places, finally moved back from Kauai in '04, if that tells you anything about how much I love western NC. There is nothing like the wilderness in the surrounding National Forests and wild lands that I have seen anywhere else. That's why I live here. It's paradise.
Why they chose this property
Very close to West Asheville and a ten minute drive to downtown Asheville, maybe fifteen with some traffic. There will always be fresh sheets, towels, tp, soap, shampoo, and anything else I can supply within reason; just let me know. I don't have a canoe or a jet ski or anything like that, sadly, but I do have extensive wilderness knowledge and can direct you to places that are mind blowing.
What makes this property unique
This is attached to the house, but is a private, separate studio apartment. We'll run into each other occasionally, but you can come and go as you please 24/7. Don't forget, the rental fee includes everything: power, internet, water & sewer/trash pickup, sheets and towels, W/D, tp, and Amazon Prime Video.
