The place was nice and the mattress in the main bedroom was comfortable. My brother said the second bedroom mattress wasn’t great. He also said the road noise in that room kept him up. We heard no road noise in the main bed room. However, in the dance studio beneath us someone left a radio on quite loud and it played all night. I called 3 times, texted 3 times and messaged the owner through app starting at 9 or 10pm. I tried for hours to get her. I heard nothing till 9am. She apologized sincerely, left us a bag of goodies, and said she would unplug the radio. I went to take a nap about 5pm and the radio came be on for 4 hours. Also, I was under the impression that this property had 2 full baths. It does not. It has one full bathroom and a half bath located on a different floor.

This property was quaint and close to many businesses. Its location was a plus. It was located above a health store and Yoga place. Everything was provided, sheets, blankets, pillows, microwave and a small fridge. I felt the place could of been a little cleaner for the cleaning fees added to the rental and we were expected to take the dirty sheets and towels downstairs to a wicker basket plus take out the garbage to the trash bin outside.

Peachies rental is pleasantly decorated and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has a great location with quick highway access to Cincinnati.

Great wedding weekend stay

This location is great. I was able to walk to brewery, cvs and coffee shop. Also very close the a large mall with restaurants and shops. The rooms are neat and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Quick, Hot trip to Cincy

We enjoyed our stay at Peachy’s Place in spite of the crazy heat wave. It was a great location for us and we enjoyed getting a taste of the Silverton people and their establishment’s! Thanks Peacy for sharing your place!

Listing indicates that there is a kitchen, but there is not. Just microwave and kitchen "supplies", and Keurig machines. No kitchen sink to wash dishes.Electric outlets should be inspected - several were loose when things are plugged in, and one outlet under TV is cracked and should be replaced.Rugs could use a good cleaning.The hostess is very friendly and welcoming.

The owner was very available and responsive to any questions that I had. The location is a short drive to interesting sights in the city without givingupa calmer non-city feel. The Italian restaurant that she recommended was delicious!

Cute little cottage in nice neighborhood

My daughter and I took a trip to visit friends and stayed in the cute cottage. It was easy to find and access, clean and cute, the only downside was the traffic noise at night that made sleeping a little difficult in the front bedroom. Otherwise the stay was excellent, the host was great, and we enjoyed our time there.

Great location

Good spot for everything along the Kenwood/Madeira/Silverton corridor. Convenient parking. Great communication with the host. Best for stays that are an alternative to a hotel. Small kitchen-like amenities, but no kitchen and just a very small livingroom.
