RESIDENCE OF THE SEA, close to the port at 250m from the beach, residence of 4 floors without elevator, green spaces, near shops, everything on foot.
Ideal for a couple with a child.
Bright and spacious studio of approximately 30m2 on the 2nd floor.
Shower room with wc.
Beautiful secure terrace with awning, table and garden chair. Well equipped apartment with shutters.
Good value for money.

- Arrivals are between 15h and 18h
- A deposit of 520 is to be paid on the day of arrival in 2 amounts:
One of 430 (risk of breakage, the other 90 for the household.)
DEPARTURE
- Departures are imperative before 10am.
- The apartment at the exit of the rental must be made clean,
To be paid at your arrival: the tourist tax
For rent and on request: Kit sheets, kit towels
