Ideally located in a small quiet and green residence, you will appreciate not having to take your vehicle to do your shopping (7min), go to the beach (5min) or walk on the port (10 min). The villa is located 500 m from the Capellans shopping center (bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, grocers, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, press ...), close to Aqualand, the Grand Stade, the mini-golf.

Déception. séjour très moyen par rapport à la "villa"!

Maison peu adaptée à la période estivale, forcément chaude, même si pas caniculaire : maison très mal ventilée, (ouverture sur un seul coté). Climatiseur inadaptée, peu opérationnel et ventilateur peu efficace. Matériel ménager "limite" une seule casserole, très grande, etc, même si on ne vient pas en vacances pour faire la cuisine!
