Apartment T1 air-conditioned cabin, completely renovated and equipped with new, wired broadband internet and WIFI and internet TV, with a capacity of 4 people, including: a kitchen open to the living room, which includes a sofa bed sofa bed 140 x 190, a cabin with two bunk beds sleeping 90 x 190, a bathroom, separate toilet.

This apartment, on the 9th and last floor of a perfectly maintained residence, with 2 lifts and secured by badge entrances, enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the Marina de Canet.

From its balcony, it offers a panoramic view of the Corbières, Port Barcarès, Franqui, port and Canet Beach. This accommodation is perfect for a couple with children or teenagers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob 3 burners equipped with its recyclable hood - a pyrolysis oven - dishwasher 6 place - sink 1 bowl with drainer - a fridge / freezer of 207 liters (166 l / 41 l) - a microwave. The central worktop hosts a programmable coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils. It is open to the living room which includes a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a 80cm led screen TV (on the photo n ° 4 we can see the reflection of the sea, just a few steps) provided with a video library USB key and a reversible air conditioning inverter.

The cabin is equipped with bunk beds, a chest of 4 drawers and an electric convector.

The bathroom includes a large shower 140 x 80 with its screen printed wall, a washbasin vanity 1 basin and mirror, a heated towel rail.

A pleasant lighted balcony will welcome any smokers and the bay window is equipped with its electric shutter.

The apartment is also equipped with a wardrobe and various storage space, an iron and its table, a vacuum cleaner, two USB sockets to charge your phones, tablets and GPS and a mini library I will progress. Finally, I have gathered for you the essential documentation on the agglomeration of Canet that I will complete.

The apartment was exactly as we expected and Cecile was very kind and helpful. The view from the balcony is lovely with plenty of boating activity to watch. Everything you would need is supplied and of good quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view/Great location

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment very much. Beautiful views and easy walk to Canet beaches. Convenient to many restaurants, shops and beach. Almost everything you would need except there were no bath towels. I understood that the linens were disposable but never read that towels would not be provided. Fortunately Stephanie’s husband was kind enough to bring some towels and even bed linens for my use. I truly appreciated his helpfulness with this. Stephanie was out of town that week but she was delightful and quick to respond to my concerns-before, during and after my stay. Both her husband and father in law were helpful. I did not have the same experience with the Owner/host. I truly still do not see anything about the non provision for towels on the site. Also stating that communication was French and English on the site, the host communicated with me in English until I had some questions upon checkout. All communication after this was only in French (even though I told the host I did not speak French). In all fairness, I had forgotten to return a blanket to the apartment upon checkout. I immediately informed Stephanie and the host that the blanket would be returned by my son who is living locally. I was charged $50+ for the blanket and upon return of the blanket, I asked to have the charge removed. After many inquiries to the Host about this matter. I was finally told in French that the charge would not be removed as she had to have the blanket cleaned. I was also told that the linens which were provided by Stephanie and husband were not included in the rental and required cleaning thus the charge remained. The apartment itself and Stephanie were wonderful but my experience with the Host was not. Always read all small print even if it is not there.

C'est avec plaisir que je lis votre commentaire et ne manquerai pas d'informer Stéphanie concernant vos remerciements. Contrairement à ce que vous marquez, il est bien précisé dans l'annonce : "N’oubliez pas, dans le cadre d’une mesure d’hygiène efficace, d’apporter votre propre linge de maison, draps, taie d’oreiller, serviettes, torchons, les alèses jetables sont mises à votre disposition". Les alèses jetables servent uniquement à assurer une hygiène pour les locataires et à protéger les matelas. Et que dire lorsque vous utilisez une couverture polaire pour aller à un match de foot et que vous la rendez 2 semaines après votre départ. Stéphanie a dû la faire nettoyer ainsi que les draps et serviettes qu'elle vous a gentiment prêté, il fallait bien la dédommager… elle a été amplement sollicité pendant et après votre séjour

Séjour exceptionnel !

Appartement idéalement situé, près de la plage et des commerces. Le logement est très bien équipé, bien pensé et possède une terrasse avec une vue magnifique! Les vacances ont été agréables et reposantes pour toute la famille. Nous reviendrons très probablement à Canet dans cette charmante location. Vue exceptionelle, équipement complet de qualité

Ce logement comble tous les besoins pour un séjour court ou plus long car il est parfaitement équipé. Le parking sécurisé est un gros plus car en été le stationnement est payant et rare. La vue est magnifique du fait de l'étage élevé qui permet de voir le port de plaisance, la plage et la côte jusqu'à Leucate. Je vous le recommande.

Je vous remercie, il est vrai que même pour des vacances en solitaire, Canet est une petite ville très agréable, avec beaucoup de jolis coins à visiter, on ne s'en lasse pas. Un appartement au top

Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances, dans cet appartement au top où tout est fonctionnel et pratique. Celui ci es situé au port avecune belle vue sur la mer. Cette résidence est très calme,et la place de parking est vraiment très appréciable... Je vous conseille donc sans soucis ce studio pour passer un excellent sejour à Canet en Roussillon...
