Former 18th century farmhouse in the heart of the white Quercy. Domain of 50 ha on the pod, dominant position, surrounded by nature bathing in calm and serenity. You will be welcomed in a family and friendly atmosphere.

- Barns
- 2 Sheepfold restored in completely independent lodgings, private space for each well separated
- 1 Large swimming pool 12 by 6 sunny all day fenced and secure.
The vegetable patch and the chicken coop are part of Lartigue's life
For lovers of horse riding or initiation to ponies, an equestrian center is nearby.
The dovecote (ref 16300 82) is a duplex which can accommodate a family of 4/5 people
On the R d Chaussé a living room with American kitchen 1 bedroom for 2 people 1 bathroom and 1 sanitary.
Upstairs a mezzanine (TV lounge area) and 2 attic bedrooms.
