In the confines of the perch and the plain of SEES, beautiful mansion in a park of 4000m2, with undergrowth, ornamental pond and stream, near the towns of Mortagne perch and SEES, (20 minutes from Alençon, 20 minutes from La Chapelle-Montligeon), and 8 km from a lake with swimming and leisure park, in the heart of a village with local shops (butcher, bakery, grocery store) and in which is still celebrated a weekly mass, you will find all the comfort in this newly renovated property.
Nice kitchen of 35m2 equipped, 3 room of new water, six rooms among which 3 with a bed of 140m2. Several functional fireplaces. Refined decoration. Outdoor play area with ping pong table. It is a perfect place to come relax with family or several families. Possibility to park a dozen cars in the property. Linen rental optional and cleaning fee to provide.
