With an ideal situation between village, hill and the sea. An oasis of calm and conviviality awaits you there. The 9 villas that we propose are located in a family property of 5 hectares where games of balls, swings, circuit jogging await you there. A pond with ducks, fish and water lilies will seduce you. The park benefits from a large diversity of fauna and flora. A 15m x 7m swimming pool welcomes 6 villas for 5 people. You will also find in the pool house 2 lava linen and a free wifi connection point.
The property is a dead end, no nuisance due to traffic is possible.
Located on the hillside, you will enjoy an unobstructed and unobstructed view.
You will be greeted by the smile of Corinne, the good mood of Alain and the youth of Charlotte.

Each month a different charm: mimosas in January, February - wildflowers, iris in Spring - Bougainvillea, Laurels pink in summer - In autumn bignones and many more.

Not to mention Fort Brégançon which is open every day from late June to late September. And 1 km 500 from all shops.

Perfect holidays

Right from the first moment when we were welcomed by Corinne the owner , we felt like "at home". Very nice villas embedded in a beautiful area with lots and lots of old trees and plants.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage und herzliche Vermieter

Wir haben im Winter vier schöne Wochen in Villa Nr. 4 verbracht. Die Familie Roux ist sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das parkähnliche Grundstück war für uns mit Hund ein Traum. Von dort aus konnten wir schöne Touren mit dem Auto, dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß machen. In Le Pin konnten wir alle Einkäufe (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß) erledigen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Schlafzimmer hübsch eingerichtet. Der Wohn-Eßbereich war für uns aufgrund des großen Hundes und der vielen Möbel etwas beengt. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal versuchen, Villa Nr. 3 zu bekommen, da dort durch die andere Möblierung mehr Platz ist. Aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Vielen lieben Dank für alles an die Familie Roux

Nice quiet location

We stayed for 2 weeks and could easily have stayed much longer! Charming place! The villas might lack a bit of modern comfort, but the beds were good and everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect if you are looking for a calm getaway and the hostess could not be nicer. Thank you for a great stay, We will be back!

Nous revenons enchantés de ce petit coin de paradis à flanc de colline. La disposition des villas garantit la tranquillité et permet d'accéder facilement au coin WIFI et à la piscine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les équipements et la grande propreté de la villa. Nous n'oublierons pas l'extrême gentillesse de Mme et Mr Roux qui sont toujours très attentionnés.

Großartig für Familien mit kleinen Kindern durch den vorhandenen Pool, Spielturm und liebevoll angelegtem Terrain mit Hühneen, Enten, Fischen und Fröschen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben es täglich genossen mit den Eigentümer im persönlichen Kontakt zu sein.

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE - INFESTED WITH FLEAS

strongly advise people to stay away from this place. I stayed here with my family in July 2016. The accommodation was infested with fleas. My family, including my two young children were bitten by fleas. We had over 300 flea bits between us. It was horrible experience !!!! Our holiday was ruined and the owners refused to take any responsibility. In addition:- The bed mattress was as hard as stone, I had to sleep on the living room couch. The bed sheets were also of very poor quality. There is very poor WIFI connection Cooker and kettle did not work. No fan or air con available which are essential as it gets very hot in summer.

Voilà 12 ans que nous allons à Bormes, au début en été, et depuis 4 ans en hiver et pour 2015 printemps et été. Très belle location, très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour tranquille. Restaurants dans le vieux Bormes(a pieds Et L'ESTAGNOL un restaurant de plage avec langouste et poisson. Super repas. Et en plus le Bois d'Amourette, rien que le nom est formidable. Enfin, je n'ai qu'une chose a dire J'ADORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
