Everything you want to buy, like food etc. is just 1/2 mile away. Wayzata is a spring feed lake so its clear and no weeds - great for swimming. I have been renting this house for only 1 year, but I have been renting out my other homes in Naples, Florida for 8 years so I am organized and know what people want when on vacation. Wayzata bay is close to Hwy 101/Minnetonka Blvd where all the shopping is: grocery stores, resturants, hardware stores, excercise clubs, gasoline and wine shops/on/off sales. the regional mall is only 2 miles away and the best golf courses (public) in all of Minneapolis 5 miles away (Rush Creek GC). 1 mile to 494/394 which is the freeway circling the city. 20 minutes to the International airport (MSP). this location is beautiful during the month of September for fall colors and great weather.
