Outstanding location

The house is spacious and very comfortable with beautiful views of the river Villaine and its road bridges. We were a party of seven, four adults and three children who spent most of the time in the pool. A walk through the woods to the foot of the bridge is lovely (we saw a deer). Thank you for a truly wonderful stay, from all the family.

Clean spacious house with great pool in a fabulous location

A very nice house with plenty of space. Perfect safe garden for dogs and an excellent heated pool with cover. Location close to the river and a short drive to local village. Only disappointment was that we were expecting there to be bicycles and a canoe as described in the amenities but these were not available at the house which was a pity as there were many cycle paths from the house and easy access to the river. Other than this everything else was perfect.

Nice place - would revisit

Picked this property mainly because it is not far from where my mother lives and it turned out much better than the description. It is last in a line of houses leading down to a jetty where various boats are moored, and as such is very secluded, with a great view of the Vilaine river and the bridges crossing to La Roche Bernard (from the river bank you can also see one that is just the remaining pillars after the retreating Germans blew it up). The garden backs onto woodland. From the front door there is a small but well equipped kitchen to the right and to the left 5 steps up to a toilet, walk-in cupboard, double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bath and shower, then an open staircase leading to 2 further bedrooms and another toilet and sink. The main part of the house is a large open plan dining and sitting area with patio doors to the deck, garden and heated pool. Tucked away off to the right is another double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate toilet (its a French thing). There's not a lot in Nivillac itself - a small supermarket, butcher, bakery and restaurant, but it is only a 2 minute drive. About 10+ minutes away is a decent size Carrefour that also has fast charger units at the adjoining Brico (we drove down in an electric car). As with all properties that are/were a family home it has various quirks and personal charm, but we really couldn't fault anything and would be very happy to return.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, Zimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt. Unten 2 Schlafräume mit angrenzenden Badezimmer/Toilette und oben nochmal 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Geräumige Küche mit großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierer. Zusätzlich noch ein großer Kühlschrank/Gefrierer im Keller. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und ist angenehm warm. (Ca 28 grad) durch die Abdeckung kann man selbst bei kühleren oder regnerischen Tagen ins Wasser. Check in und Check out haben problemlos funktioniert.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus und die Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Boote sind sehr schön. Besonders toll war der beheizte und überdachte Pool, besonders weil das Wetter in den zwei Wochen, in denen wir da waren, nicht besonders gut war. So konnten wir trotzdem jeden Tag baden.

Wunderschön

Wir haben als Familie (5 Personen)2 Wochen in Nivillac verbracht. Das Haus ist groß und gut aufgeteilt. Marc und seine Frau sind super freundlich und alles war absolut unkompliziert und man war sofort nach Ankunft im Urlaub. Die Küche, insbesondere das Inventar, könnte einmal intensiv durch gereinigt werden, das ein oder andere darin vielleicht erneuert werden. Man ist in 30 Minuten am Strand, in 60 Minuten in Quiberon-> traumhaft schön und viele Städte oder Dörfer sind schnell erreicht und sehenswert. Der Pool ist konstant bei 28 Grad und mit oder ohne Abdeckung super. Eine Wanderung zur direkten Brücke ist empfehlenswert, man kann sie zu Fuß über den unteren Bogen überqueren. Spannendes Erlebnis. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Wir sind sehr erholt zurück. Vielen Dank an Marc und seine Familie.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und die Lage ist toll! Einzig die Küchenausstattung ist mangelhaft.

Der Pool ist wunderbar, auch die abendliche Beleuchtung. Die Terrasse und das Grundstück sind zum Wohlfühlen. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub!

Vacances inoubliables !!

Nous avons passés une semaine fantastique!! La vue est à coupé le souffle ,calme absolu et cadre enchanteur la maison est très agréable , la météo étant parfois capricieuse nous avons tout de même profite de la piscine chauffe à 29 degrés !! Notre petit garçon en a bien profité !! La situation est également excellente à 5 min de la roche Bernard , petit village que nous avons particulièrement apprécié !! Merci pour votre gentillesse et ces délicieux petits gâteaux laisse à notre arrivée Nous espérons revenir un jour !!

Excellent séjour à Nivillac

Grande maison, bien agencée, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Les extérieurs sont exceptionnels, avec une vue remarquable sur la Vilaine et la piscine est top ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Hoewel het een laat uur (18u) was om in te checken, waren we zeer tevreden over de ontvangst. Het huis was proper, de bedden gemaakt, handdoeken voorradig. Zalig zwembad van temperatuur en een onvergetelijk uitzicht. Er was een leuke wandeling naar la Roche Bernard en terug. De mtb-route was niet correct (meer) uitgestippeld. Wel voldoende leuke (kust)steden te bezoeken op max. een uur rijden.

Wonderful house with pool in a beautiful setting

Our group of six people - two young children with parents and grandparents - spent two weeks staying here in the high season, and we loved it thanks to the very friendly and accommodating hosts. The house is spacious, with an interesting layout over three levels. Two bedrooms upstairs, perfect for children. And two en-suite double bedrooms. The garden is spacious and quite private, except where it is exposed to the wonderful view of the river. The pool is lovely, with a cover both for safety and to allow swimming in poor weather. La Roche-Bernard is a beautiful little town with lots going on, especially with the sizeable marina and various water-based activities. The closer village - Nivillac - doesn't have so much, but it does have a bakery and small supermarket.

Pour un séjour parfait au bord de la Villaine

La propriété, de belle facture et très bien équipée, offre beaucoup d'espace et de quiétude. Son architecture et son ameublement rappelant un navire donnent l'impression d'être en partance pour de nouveaux horizons. La piscine ainsi que la terrasse, fort agréable, constituent des avantages supplémentaires. La vue sur la Villaine est charmante. Les propriétaires Marc et Nicole offrent un accueil chaleureux et sont très disponibles.

Een uitmuntende woning en locatie

Deze woning heeft alle elementen om een top vakantie te beleven. De woning is subliem gelegen aan het einde van de straat, een mooi open zicht, toegang tot de natuur en het water. De woning zelf is zeer ruim, perfect onderhouden met alle faciliteiten die je maar kan wensen! De ontvangst was zeer professioneel en hartelijk.
