Quiet gite in Dordogne near Sarlat in Périgord Noir

In the heart of the Périgord Noir and all its treasures, the Poulvelleries cottage can accommodate up to 7 people in a peaceful countryside setting while staying 7 km from Sarlat.
This old restored stone barn of 90 m² is located in an old farmhouse.

She understands:
a large living room of 35 m² with sofa bed television.
a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker ect ...)
a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
One bedroom with a double bed.
A bathroom.
A laundry room with washing machine.

The cottage includes games for children (ping pong table, swing, ect ...) and a park.
Many tourist sites are located nearby such as Lascaux 4, the Dordogne valley and its castles (Castelanaud, Beynac, les Millandes) the village of Bournat, the gardens (of Marqueyssac and Eyrignac), the Roque St Christophe and many others.
In the village of Proissans located less than a kilometer away you will find a bakery, a butcher and a restaurant as well as a medical center.
Lovers of hiking can take the marked trails that walk around to discover the surrounding countryside.
The cottage is suitable for picking mushrooms in good times (June and September in principle).
