This splendid villa on the sea, characterized by a large appurtenant garden rich in Mediterranean plants (2000 meters) and private access to a sandy beach and beautiful rocky coves with turquoise water, is just a few minutes walk from the historic center of Otranto.
The structure consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 4 bathrooms (complete). Outside there is a very impressive hot / cold shower.
The house is on 2 levels.
The ground floor opens onto a large terrace covered by American vine from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views that Salento can offer.
The terrace is furnished with typical garden furniture.
On the ground floor, inside, there are the dining room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling, a living room / tv room with large windows overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom (complete with shower), 1 bedroom with two single beds , a second full bathroom with shower to service the floor, the external laundry room with washing machine and "pile" and the kitchen, with dishwasher. From the kitchen an ancient wrought iron door leads back to the large terrace, part of which is covered and is intended for outdoor dining overlooking the sea; in fact there is a large table for 8 people and a sideboard with everything needed for the table. At the side of this terrace, adjacent to the covered area, there is a magnificent stone barbecue.
Also from the large terrace overlooking the whole garden, through a masonry staircase not covered, you enter the first floor, where there is a dependence completely independent consisting of: double bedroom with bathroom / shower relevance and balcony-terrace romantic sea ​​View.
The large garden of relevance with lawn, pines, olive trees and ornamental plants, is equipped in various points with garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas. In some areas there are stone benches and ancient 'pile' planters of great value. Going through the garden to the private and shaded parking (4 cars), you get to the wrought iron gate: the private access to the beach below (0 mt) allows you to enjoy a beautiful free and unequipped beach, enclosed between the rocks that form a 'stirrup' ... hence the name of the beach and the very few villas that have easy access to this little oasis otherwise difficult to reach.
