Lovely Spacious Apartment with a Lovely View

The apartment was very well located between the sea and the beautiful old town of Bormes-les Mimosas, which you can reach by 10 minutes walk. The beach of Le Lavandou is 30 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. To reach other fine beaches, such as the beach of St Clair and the beach of Cavalière, they are only 10-15 minutes away by car. We liked these opportunities to choose beaches a lot. The apartment is very spacy, so a family or friends of 4-6 people can sleep there easily. In the morning you can see the sea and the mountains directly from the bed, if the doors to the large terrace are opened from the bedroom. During our visit there was very hot weather in the Var region. But thanks to the location of the apartment, it could often blow on the terrace and it cooled comfortably.

Well located. In a quiet residential area. Nice balcony with sea view at distance. Easy check-in. Everything that one needed was there. It would benefit from air conditioning especially the room behind the kitchen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Anlage oberhalb von Bormes-les-Mimosas und Le Lavandou. Sie hat alles, was man braucht, und wird sehr nett und hilfsbereit von einer Familie vor Ort betreut. Von den Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln.

Belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Traversant donc facile d'aérer pour se rafraîchir la nuit même sans la clim et un ventilateur si besoin. Bien équipé. Un petit peu éloigné de la plagemais possibilité d'aller au village de Bormes les mimosas à pied.

Nous avons apprécié notre mini-séjour malheureusement un peu écourté à cause du contexte sanitaire. Le logement correspond tout à fait au descriptif. Il est lumineux, confortable ,accueillant et très bien équipé. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes depuis la terrasse est très appréciable ! L’environnement de la résidence est également très calme et sécurisé. Si l’occasion se présente , nous ne manquerons pas de revenir car le village de Bormes les Mimosas et les alentours sont une belle destination à découvrir.
