Very well located, you can do everything without a car, 100 meters from the Grande Conque beach and its scuba diving sites, 500 meters from La Môle beach, 150 meters from Plagette beach, port at 400m, near rue de the Stroll and these 150 shops. Other shops at 400m

fully fitted and new kitchen changed in March 2018, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, portable air conditioning.
