This 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool & spa home is the perfect getaway for up to 6 people! The location is neither south nor north, but somewhere in between. Play all day on the lake and return to a clean & cozy home for dinner and quality time with family & friends. Large side motor home parking comes complete with RV hook ups. This is the perfect parking for boats or other toys during your stay. Don't feel like going to the lake? Stay and enjoy swimming in the crystal clear pool or relax poolside on the deck or in the shade underneath the rear covered patio. Our pool is adorned with a Baja step and a sunken table. Grab a drink and enjoy staying cool while bathing in the sun. Need to use the restroom and don't want to track water inside the house? There's a bath house complete with walk in shower located outside next to the pool deck so there is no need to go inside. The master bedroom has a King Tempurpedic bed, 55" flat TV, walk in closet, large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full size and trundle pull out. Fits 4 perfectly! The home comes complete with plenty of linen, towels, cooking utensils, propane BBQ and outdoor seating. The living area has a 55” TV and a huge comfortable sectional. Have a book to read? Curl up and sink into the leather chair with ottoman. Have breakfast, put together a puzzle or play a game at our bar height table. It's tall enough to see the TV over the couch. Don’t pass up this beautiful and comfortable home and make unforgettable memories with your family.

This house was perfect for a family gathering. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and so enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very pleasant experience. It would have been really nice if the windows were clean.

Even though it states there are no beach towels available for your stay it would be a kind gesture to provide them so towels don’t crowd your suitcase packing capacity. The baseboards in the house need to cleaned and all the ledges on the doors along with ceiling fan blades inside. It would be easier if you just set a price for heating the pool so it would have been ready for us when we arrived. The fee could just be included in the nightly rate. It was really nice to have the pool room extra bathroom.

Perfect getaway for our family

My kids and I had the most amazing time while here in May. We have actually already booked our next stay for June. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we pulled in to the drive way to the moment we had to leave. We even extended our stay one extra night. The owners were so accommodating. It was like home away from home. Very private and secluded. I highly recommend this home for your next family getaway.

We have been coming to Lake Havasu every summer and this house was one of the best houses we have rented. The house was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I live in Orange County, California. I am blessed to have 3 amazing kids - all grown. I work for Orange County Fire Authority as a Captain/Paramedic. I grew up in Orange County and I just love taking trips to Lake Havasu.

Why they chose this property

I am an empty nester and wanted a place for my family to be able to get away and relax together since the kids are starting to go their separate ways. I love boating and wake boarding and have spent quite a few summer vacations here in Lake Havasu. I fell in love with this house and its open floor plan. I love swimming so a pool was a must. I hope you enjoy your time away in my home as much as i do!
