The garden of 1000m2 gives direct access to hiking trails that crisscross the entire region. Joannas is a small quiet village of 300 inhabitants you will find 3 boulodromes for the petanque and 1 for the Lyonnaise. A few minutes away is the river La Beaume which flows into the Ardèche a little further. Down the Beaume by the small road gorges there are many beaches at the edge of reservoirs and small waterfalls. Refreshing baths guaranteed in crystal clear water. It even exists in the town of Joannas a few minutes from the house a secret and well hidden in the nature where at the cost of a small descent between the rocks we come to a natural bowl located under a waterfall in lush greenery. Paradise to see absolutely and swim under the waterfall. The house and its garden are independent and for your exclusive use. The owners live in the neighboring house and are therefore available when needed.
