About this property

We rent a charming T2 for 2/3 people of 40 m2 on the ground floor of a villa with character, which we occupy upstairs. Located in a dead end of a residential area of La Valette du Var.
Separate entrance from the garden of the house.
20 m2 terrace facing south with table and chairs, garden furniture and gas barbecue.
We leave free access to the pool provided you can swim. It is to be shared with us and our family. It is open from May 1 to September 30.
Important: during the period when the swimming pool is open, children who cannot swim are not welcome.
Easy free parking in front of the house.
This apartment consists of:
A bedroom with a double bed in 140. Stand fan.
A living room with a BZ sofa bed in 130. TV and DVD player.
A well-equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge, freezer, 1 table + chairs).
Shower room with shower, sink, WC.
Free wifi access.
We particularly appreciate the calm. No party.
Pets not allowed.
We rent for a minimum of three nights.
No smoking inside.
Linens provided (sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, bath mat, kitchen towels). NB: we do not provide towels for the pool and the beach!
A fixed price of 20 euros for cleaning / cleaning will be requested on your arrival, as well as a deposit of 300 euros.
Close to all shops and supermarkets.
10 min from Toulon by car. 15 min from Hyères. 20 min from Le Castellet
The beaches are 15-30 minutes by car. Saint-Tropez is an hour away, the Gorges du Verdon less than 2 hours, Marseille 1 hour.
You can make very beautiful hikes in the region and browse the coastline, take the boat to the islands of Hyenas.

Wir waren im Juni 23 für knapp 2 Wochen in der sehr schönen großzügigen, perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Tolle, große Terrasse, klasse Pool, den wir meistens für uns alleine hatten. Es war alles vorhanden, es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern lieb begrüßt. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Strände. Wandern, radfahren, baden, schnorcheln und Städte wie Grasse, Marseille, Toulon und Gorges du Verdon waren wunderschöne Ziele oder Aktivitäten. Danke, Valerie und Laurent für die schöne Zeit.

The property met all our needs - it was clean, well-equipped and had a comfortable bed, good shower and good internet. It also had good parking. The terrace was great - a variety of seating options and a good barbeque. We spent a few days by the pool area which is lovely, surrounded by garden, and has comfortable loungers available. The property is very well-maintained. By car, it is close to many shops and restaurants and to Toulon as well as to many other smaller towns along the coast and inland. We would recommend visiting them. Laurent and Valerie were perfect hosts. They spoke good English and made us feel us feel welcome. It was a pleasure to stay here and we would highly recommend it. We hope to return some day.

On a passé 15 jours dans l'appartement de Valérie et de Laurent. On a apprécié le charme de la location sur une terrasse extraordinaire. En plus, on a eu une pisci ne à nous où l'on pouvait bien se reposer sans être dérangé par personne. C'était un vrai paradis. Dans l'appartement bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. En tout, on aimerait bien revenir un jour et on peut recommander l'appartement à toute personne qui cherche des vacances reposantes en pleine nature. Merci à Valérie et Laurent

Rien à redire, tout à apprécier !

La propriété de Monsieur et Madame GUIGUE se situe sur les hauteurs de La Valette du Var, à proximité de Toulon, Hyères, Sanary, Marseille, et beaucoup d’autres endroits emblématiques de cette très belle région. Plusieurs centres commerciaux, supermarchés, stations service, sont à votre disposition à 3 ou 4 kilomètres. Stationnement facile devant la propriété. Durant notre séjour de quatre semaines en juin, en plus d’un cadre magnifiquement provençal, et d’un logement coquet et agréable à vivre, nous y avons rencontré un couple de propriétaires discrets, disponibles, sympathiques et de bons conseils sur la région. L’immense terrasse ombragée avec un très grand ‘’barbecue’’ avec une plaque et un grill, est la bien venue (surtout durant la canicule), et nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l’extérieur. En plus de cela, il est mis à disposition un très belle piscine avec de grands parasols et suffisamment de ‘’relax’’ avec matelas. Le tout entouré de verdure, fleurs et d’immenses arbres colonisés par les cigales ! L’appartement bien agencé, et destiné à un couple ou un couple avec deux enfants. Il n’y manque rien. L’équipement électroménager (four, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave linge, télévision, lecteur DVD, ventilateur, …) est récent, en parfait état, la vaisselle n’est pas dépareillée (ce qui est rare dans les locations), il y a tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires, absolument tout !!! Merci à Monsieur et Madame GUIGUE de proposer cette location qui nous a laissé un très agréable souvenir.

Que dire ? Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison. Il y a tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter dans une location meublée et plus encore: vaisselle, petit et gros matériel de cuisine, terrasse très agréable, barbecue à gaz, piscine, jardin, linge de maison et de toilette, savon ... Il y a aussi tous les petits plus pour les étourdis: moutarde, café, eau fraiche, huile, sucre...... Les propriétaires sont forts sympathiques et prévenants.
