A charming and quiet residential complex

The house is located in an extremely quiet residential neighborhood, with many amenities, including a park, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a large regional park. It is very close to the airport (15 minutes), the Villepinte Exhibition Center (20 minutes), Paris (25 minutes), Asterix (20 minutes), and Disney (35 minutes). The RER B station (Villepinte) is a 2-minute bus ride from the house, or a 10-minute walk; there’s a bus stop right next to the house. The house offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay with family, friends, or for a business trip. I live right next door and am always available to answer your questions and help ensure you have an excellent stay.

Redelijk ruim huis in rustige buitenwijk van Parijs.

Welkom met heerlijke lekkernijen (chocolaatjes, caketjes, snoepjes). Redelijk ruim huis, genoeg slaapkamers, maar woonkamer iets te krap voor 9 personen. Vaatwasser functioneerde niet, maar dat zou worden opgelost door de eigenaar. Goed geoutilleerde keuken, voldoende borden, kopjes en glazen. Koken ging prima. Op loopafstand (18 minuten) van station voor RER naar Parijs, wel drukke lijn.
