Room / lounge 40m². The apartment has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. You have 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The first is autonomous, the second is located in the shower room. All windows are double glazed. The street is calm and commercial.

The apartment is very French and so lovely! We enjoyed the experience of living in Paris like a Parisien. We love the location and convenience of nearby restaurants and markets. We stay here if we are in Paris!

Great Location to experience Paris!

This lovely home is situated near the 2 metro stops, good food and various shops. The home is laid out in a way that our group of 7 adults could stay in comfort. The hosts were excellent communicators and gave us helpful tips information about the neighborhood. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Nous avons loué pour 4 jours ce bel appartement, très bien situé (beau quartier & proche métro), au 5éme étage, lumineux avec une belle vue et très confortable pour 6 personnes. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Christophe et son épouse, nous avons pleinement apprécié leur disponibilité et nos échanges autour d’un café offert à notre arrivée en matinée, ainsi que la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l’appartement avant de reprendre notre train en fin d’après-midi : un grand merci à nos hôtes
