モンマルトルのfootにあるバティニョール地区。 6階に位置する110㎡のパリのアパート。 5階へのエレベーター。 とても明るい。 屋根と夕日を眺めます。 部屋/ラウンジ40m²。 アパートメントには、それぞれダブルベッド付きの3ベッドルームがあります。 リビングルームの階段は、カーペットの上にダブルマットレスが1つある15㎡（下から見えない）のスペースである中二階に続きます。 この空間では立ち上がらない。 バスルーム、シャワールーム、2つのトイレがあります。 1つ目は自律型で、2つ目はシャワールームにあります。 すべての窓は二重窓です。 通りは穏やかで商業的です。

The apartment was wonderful! The kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms and living space were comfortable, bathrooms were nice. We could tell Christophe and his family have put a lot of love into this home, and we loved the decorations from their travels. Christophe was very responsive and even came by with a second key when I asked for one. The location is vibrant and felt safe. There were bakeries nearby for our breakfast, two small grocery stores in walking distance, a pharmacy across the street, and lots of great food options. Easy access to public transportation. I’d love to stay there again!

The apartment is very French and so lovely! We enjoyed the experience of living in Paris like a Parisien. We love the location and convenience of nearby restaurants and markets. We stay here if we are in Paris!

Great Location to experience Paris!

This lovely home is situated near the 2 metro stops, good food and various shops. The home is laid out in a way that our group of 7 adults could stay in comfort. The hosts were excellent communicators and gave us helpful tips information about the neighborhood. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

The good: Christophe, the owner, is genuinely kind and responsive—he answered our messages within a few hours and was very accommodating when we arrived later than planned. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, bowls, and other essentials. Two small grocery stores are within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The Wi‑Fi is extremely fast, and the neighborhood felt safe and very walkable.The not‑so‑good: The apartment is quite old, and there was a lot of clutter, which made it difficult to store our belongings or pack up without worrying about accidentally leaving something behind. The space was noticeably dusty. It didn’t appear to have been professionally cleaned—more like a quick vacuuming—since dust covered nearly every decoration and plant.The apartment is on the 6th floor, but the tiny elevator only goes to the 5th. You have to walk the final flight with your luggage. The elevator itself fits either two small people or one person with a suitcase, and it’s clearly a later addition to the building. The stairway is dim and poorly lit. During our stay, Paris was experiencing a 103F (40C) heat wave, and the apartment has no AC. There were only two fans for three bedrooms—one barely moved any air, while the other was stronger. We purchased an additional fan from a nearby (Christophe kindly reimbursed us), but even with three fans, sleeping was extremely difficult.

Merci pour votre commentaire précis Eileen, Oui, il a fait chaud. C'était même la semaine la plus chaude jamais enregistrée en France. Pardon pour cela. Concernant l'ascenseur, cela est spécifié dans l'annonce dans mon long message de bienvenue. L'immeuble date de 1880 et de fait, l'ascenseur a été posé 80 ans plus tard. Pour le rangement, nous laissons dans chaque chambre et dans le vestibule à l'entrée de la place pour nos invités. Nous prenons note de votre doléance et laisserons plus de place à l'avenir. L'aspirateur: nous le passons pourtant... comme le reste. Nous le notons aussi. Après, oui, la plante sur le palier a fait les frais de la restauration de l'appartement juste à côté quelques jours avant votre venue. Bien cordialement, Christophe

Très bien

Nous avons loué pour 4 jours ce bel appartement, très bien situé (beau quartier & proche métro), au 5éme étage, lumineux avec une belle vue et très confortable pour 6 personnes. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Christophe et son épouse, nous avons pleinement apprécié leur disponibilité et nos échanges autour d’un café offert à notre arrivée en matinée, ainsi que la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l’appartement avant de reprendre notre train en fin d’après-midi : un grand merci à nos hôtes
