Beautiful property!

The duplex was in a beautiful location and the updated features inside were wonderful. The building felt very safe and secure especially as I was traveling alone. It was just a short walk to many shops, restaurants, and attractions in Tours. I would absolutely return to Tours and stay here again!

Lovely, quiet apartment offering a blend of 'old Europe' and modern conveniences. Walking distance to the train and the main sights of Tours. Tours was also a great jumping-off point to other destinations in the Loire Valley.

Feeling like you live there

The place is really nice and comfortable. It is within walking distance to downtown Tours. It has a well equipped kitchen for anyone who likes to cook. It does have a lot of stairs but you get used to it. Nice cat visits from time to time.

un logement au calme très pratique

Nous avons séjourné à 2 reprises dans ce logement et avons apprécié la localisation (à qq minutes des halles et de ces bons commerçants) et surtout c'est un appartement au calme avec un stationnement gratuit aisé. Si nous devions faire des petites remarques elles concerneraient le plancher qui grince le revêtement du sol du séjour et les velux en cas de fortes pluies cela restent des défauts mineurs
