Amazing Stay

This was an amazing place to stay for my family of 4! It was a great location, close to so much and was an amazing launch point for the Loire Valley’s many treasures. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was really well located within Tours. Close to the train station but also walkable to the historic area. It was clean and nicely appointed. I'd recommend!

Very efficient and clean and great location!

We were only in town a couple of nights to tour a few of the Loire Valley castles. Great location to come in at night and enjoy the city’s restaurants. Had a very nice visit!

We loved this apartment in Tours. The location is fantastic, easy to walk all over the city, good space and comfortable for home cooked meals. There is a grocery in the building but it's not a great one, good to grab things you need tho.

This is a beautiful apartment right in the center of Tours. It is easy to get around by foot, public transport or car.We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment.Despite being so central it was very quiet. It has a full kitchen, and spacious eating area.The host was easy to get hold of and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment.

Tours apartment

Lovely modern well-equipped apartment, very tastefully furnished and decorated. Excellent location.If bedroom windows are kept open at night, municipal bin emptying is noisy at 6am.

Lovely apartment, centrally located with some nice design features. Good sized bedrooms. Great to have dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We used the dining room as an occasional home office. Overall the apartment worked well for the week were there. Thank you!

Ideal Apartment and Location

The apartment was perfectly sized for four adults, with all of the conveniences. The location was ideal - easy walk to the train station, the old town and river, and with lots of restaurants and shops in proximity.

Absolutely perfect for our family

We had a wonderful stay here with our children (11, 7, and 2). The location could not be more amazing and we were surprised by how spacious the apartment felt! It was better than the photos in my opinion and perfect for our family of 5. The owners were very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

great stay in the heart of the heart of the Loire valley

Wonderful place. While it's not huge, the layout is great so the space is maximized. the location couldn't be better - close to everything but not loud, close to the train station but not at all grungy. just half a block away from very charming cafes. Tours is such a wonderful, beautiful, historic place to visit, and very friendly too. We'd stay here again.

Amazing location for a lovely apartment

After our fist day there our two teenagers told us they wished we were staying there much longer! The apartment is spacious and lovely; the location is centrally located with easy reach to the autoroute and within walking distance to vieux Tours. Our host was wonderful and easy to reach with good communications prior to our visit. Indeed we wished we stayed there longer.

Celia was an excellent host suggesting restaurants, providing a number for taxi- rarely needed it is so well located. And allowed us to store bags a few hours beyond checkout which was appreciated. There was an “ unofficial greeter” sleeping on the sidewalk everynight which could be true in every city center and is beyond anyone’s control. We were asked to strip beds, empty trash and recyclables, and empty dishwasher which I had never experienced before. I was happy to comply in an exchange of good will since she let us stay a few extra hours. I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Yours centre

We loved our stay at the very clean and efficient home. Once we figured out with our hosts assistance where to park our car and how to access the property it was smooth sailing. Sadly, while we were there it was during a heat wave. Everywhere we went in the Loire valley was soooo hot. Really no indoor air conditioning places to dine and the home itself was very warm. The kitchen and living area were nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms modern and nice. Appreciated the washer and dryer. The elevator was a nice amenity. We would stay again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

48 hours in Tours - Great Loire Base

We were looking for a place to be our base for a few days of castles, food and wine. Tours is a great choice for that and this property was easy and helped us do that. Street parking is hard but that is normal but we did manage to find some and used the very close by underground garage one of the 2 days (book ahead on the website for a better rate with in and out privileges). The property did not have AC and we knew that - it was particularly hot for early June. Even with that - fans and open windows made it comfortable. It can get loud at night from the bars and the garbage trucks start at 5AM!. Amenities and space itself was totally as advertised - well appointed, functional space. Great host - easy texting for check in and out of any comms needs. I think we might have enjoyed being in the city center (to the West) closer the the walking only street. This property was by the university side and did have nearby restaurants, bars Pharmacies, train and Coffee etc - so still a great location.

Great location

The flat is in a fantastic, convenient location in Tours, close to the tram and easily walkabke to most points of interest. The host did give us access to the apartment more than an hour before scheduled check in time, but wasn't available when we called to be buzzed in. We were able to get in when another tenant opened the door to leave. The apartment was cleaned when we got there, but lacked some things we expected, like trash bags (every trash can was empty). Additionally, we got a call during the week to allow a contractor access to do some quick plumbing work. We were not near the flat, and asked if it could wait for a few hours. Not sure if there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding, but it appeared that someone did access the flat while we were out (lights and doors not the same as when we left). I feel like that's a one off situation, but worth noting.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille dans ce bel appartement décoré avec goût et avec toutes les commodités. Merci à nos hôtes, prompts à répondre à toutes nos questions, de nous avoir permis de vivre, pour quelques jours, en plein centre de Tours. Nous étions vraiment près de tout. L’appartement est bien insonorisé, ce qui est très important, car la collecte des déchets du matin est assez bruyante. Gardez bien les fenêtres fermées pour dormir et le tour est joué.
