La Belle Edith A beautiful apartment inside an 18th century building just in the heart of Rennes. The apartment was very stylish and had everything we needed; we very much felt at home.

Le Pop'appart A perfect apartment in the centre of Rennes. Matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was really clean. A full kitchen (including oven) with all the equipment you need to cook. There are lots of plates, glasses etc. Fully equiped. There is a dishwasher with enough dishwasher tablets for your stay. The living room matches the photos and is very comfortable. The bed and linen was very comfortable at high end hotel quality. I would highly recommend this apartment. The location was perfect with everything on your doorstep. 15 minute walk to the train station.

Suite Or Beautiful, spacious apartment in great historic location for ease of access and exploring the city. We had a warm welcome with a cute gift pack but arrived during a 33 degree heatwave so with no air con, we had to sleep downstairs the first night as the third bedroom was stifling. The host did arrange for a fan the second day but it was not particularly effective! well equipped kitchen and nice decor. Lots of information provided to aid exploration of the city and surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if visiting Rennes.

L'Honoré "Great value apartment in the centre of Rennes 🙂 Officially, check-in is 4pm or later, and you must arrange an appointment with the agent to collect the keys and be let in. However, my agent added me on WhatsApp so that I could inform her on the day of arrival of my progress from the airport. She arranged an early check-in for me. I arrived at 1:30pm and found her waiting for me - I was checked in straight away! Location is excellent, closer to the centre of the city than any of the hotels and for less cost. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with enough plates and cutlery to serve dinner for 10 or more. There is a Lidl just around the corner. Wi-Fi was excellent as you have a modem dedicated to your apartment. My work colleagues staying at regular hotels had problems with the Wi-Fi for Zoom calls. The day before I was expecting to fly out, my flight was cancelled due to a country-wide air traffic controllers strike, and on that day due to the chaos I did not even have a rescheduled flight yet. I contacted Cocoonr urgently and they were able to extend my stay on a day-by-day basis, for a total of 2 extra days. 🙁 As this is not a serviced apartment you must dispose of garbage yourself. I was not familiar with the system in Rennes, as you must take your garbage to a public bin on the street. Recommend asking the agent where the closest ones are after you've checked in. The bathroom is a little bit small, which can be seen from the photos. Toilet area does not have a toilet roll holder (preferably, one could be installed on the wall). As this property is right in the centre of the city, late night can be noisy with drunk people yelling on the street. It's not so bad with the windows closed. The door to this set of apartments is very sturdy, so I never felt unsafe."

Le Moulin des Carmélites 2 Central location, well equipped and comfortable accommodation in Rennes. Host was very helpful.

Wow, staying IN a historic neighborhood and building while visiting a historic city is special and this apartment adds to the experience. Adequate accommodations and access to many restaurants and other resources in the old center of Rennes. Enjoyed the stay in this apartment.
