Unique and updated deep waterfront home with intracoastal access just minutes from Ft. Pierce Inlet. Full dock and lift for your boat (with advanced notice), fish cleaning station, heated pool, tiki bar, full outdoor kitchen. Everything you need for the perfect sunny Florida vacation.

The home itself is well updated with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The amazing kitchen is a perfect place to entertain. Three bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed in the kid's room.

The house is fully stocked and set for the kids. As we have a young daughter, you'll find kids' toys aplenty but especially for little girls. Pool toys and games, a great swing on the oak tree out front and plenty of inside toys for your little ones to enjoy.

Two kayaks are available for use throughout your stay. We have great fishing from the dock but even better if you take the kayaks on a short trip out to the bay. Plenty of snook, redfish, trout, and more are available year-round. I'm happy to give you any tips on catching dinner during your stay.

Dogs and cats are welcome! We are extremely pet-friendly with the yard fully fenced in as well as tile throughout the home. PLEASE NOTE the fence along the sea wall has been removed.
