ニースコートダジュール空港へのアクセスは、レンバル病院またはアパートのすぐ後ろにあるマグナンに停車する2番線のトラムに乗るのは簡単ではありません。 また、トラムを利用してニース中心部のマセナ広場とジャンメデシンショッピングエリアにアクセスし、旧市街、ガリバルディ広場、ポートエリアに簡単にアクセスできます。

空港からはトラムまたはタクシーですぐです。マグナンからの12バスは、TGVでプロヴァンス、パリ、またはイタリアに高速でアクセスできる主要なニース鉄道駅との間を往復します。 プロムナードに停車する他のバスは、海岸沿いのカンヌ、アンティーブ、キャップフェラ、モナコ、または丘のセントポール、ヴァンス、グラースまで行きます。 輸送システムはヨーロッパで最高かつ最も安価なものの1つであるため、ニースには車は必要ありません。

Wonderful location, clean environment & pleasant host.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable and wonderful vacation in Nice staying at this location. The host was gracious and instructions for everything was clear and concise. Everything worked as described and we would certainly return to this location on our next trip to this region.

Amazing view

The apartment is well located and offers an amazing view. Its proximity to the tram makes all parts of Nice very accessible. The apartment is well appointed in the owner provides everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine with the soap needed to make several loads. We will definitely consider this apartment for our next day and Nice.

A helping hand

We loved this property from the moment we saw it in the ad. A medical emergency required serious attention and we called Jenny our hostess. She was an angel and helped us through a very difficult situ due to translation issues. Its in a great location. Parking, laundromat, bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy.

Well equipped apartment in excellent location

This apartment is in an excellent location with lovely views of the sea & Promenade des Anglais. The tram stop is just a few minutes away making it easy to get around especially to the old town, port & airport. You can also take a lovely long walk along the Promenade des Anglais to get to the old town. There are supermarkets nearby and the kitchen is well equipped to cook. A number of restaurants, cafes & patisseries are also nearby. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and beautiful view. Would definitely stay there again. A set of beach towels would have been great, but we made do. Great access to transit.

Beautiful apartment amazing view

Great stay at this lovely apartment with a beautiful view. Communication with the owner and the girls who checked us in was excellent and we were given lots of ideas of where to visit during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! It’s a fair walk into town but the tram at the back of the apartment was frequent, quick and cheap. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Fantastic beach location!

We had the best of both worlds with the beach across the street and old town Nice a short ride away. Host was always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this apartment for a well balanced beach and city stay!

Another fantastic stay here. The view is a memory that will stay with me forever. Love the location pop out the front and you are on the beach, we went for an evening dip in the sea after a busy day Pop out the Back and easy access to the tram although we also used Magnan and visited the local bistro of the same name. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in great apartment

Beautiful views

We loved our stay at this apartment. Plenty of space for our family of four and beautiful views of the promenade and water. We loved sitting out in the balcony to take in the views, a favorite spot for our kids at breakfast. Communication with owner and local was excellent.

Lovely stay in Nice!!

We loved our stay at this apartment! Our property manager, Elena, was amazing. She made our check-in process stress-free; She answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The proximity to the tram was so convenient. It was nice to come back to our apartment after sightseeing. We hope to stay here again!

Modern Apartment on the Iconic Promenade des Anglais

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-week stay in this recently redone amenity-filled apartment. Its convenient location means one can walk on the Promenade des Anglais to many central destinations or take the nearby tram to others.

Nice has a microclimate with more sunshine during the winter months than any other place I know close to the UK. It is also very easy to get to, especially with the proximity of Nice airport to the centre of the city. There are many excellent restaurants to choose from, great shopping and a wide array of amenities and magical places to visit.

The Promenade Des Anglais is unique and legendary. it's the centre of Nice life. To Nice residents it is is 'La Prom' stretching for almost 7 kilometres and lit up at night it is known as 'the Queen's necklace' glittering and sparkling all along the coastline.

I love looking at the sea from my apartment. Most days it is a deep iridescent blue fringed with white surf, other days if the wind is up or after a storm, it is a swirling dark grey watery mass looking angry. it is always changing, always alive and fascinating . In early morning a fishing boat can often be seen checking its nets after a night's fishing before taking its catch to the market in the Cours Saleya. In the distance you can sometimes see a large cruise ship making its way to the deep harbour in Villefranche, or the ferry on its way to Corsica.

There is always an endless parade of joggers of all ages, some quick, some slow, dressed in an array of multi-coloured clothing, rollerbladers, cyclists or just 'promenaders' taking a daily constitutional. There is no need to go to the cinema or watch the TV when the continuous parade outside the window provides such never-ending free entertainment.

The fundamental reasons why Nice and its surrounding area attracted so many artists throughout the centuries, the light, the colours, the air, still remain to be discovered and appreciated by all.
