Among the many and beautiful places in the Adriatic coast there is Isola Albarella, a small private island in Po Delta and near Venice, about one hour by car. The island is suitable for people who like to live in the quiet places, do sports and stay in contact with nature. Access to the island is exclusive and private: only the owners and guests can enter. Thanks to a barrier, access is limited and the guards control the island around the clock.

In Albarella you can also do a lot of activity in your free time. There are swimming pools and free beaches, entertainment for children, evening shows and the "Centro Sportivo", a sports complex with swimming pools and water features. The silence, the wild animals, the many cycle paths make Albarella unique.
Lovely two-family villa situated in central position of the island. There are 2 car parking, a large and fenced garden. About 300 meters from to the beach, Centro Sportivo and Shopping Center.

The house is composed of living room with kitchen, arbour with bbq and garden forniture, 2 bathrooms with shower box, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bedroom with 2 single beds or double bed.

Inside there are air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, microwave, mosquito nets.

Optimale Lage, nur 6 min vom Strand und 5 min vom Einkaufszentrum, gut eingezäunte Garten ideal mit Hund oder kleinkinder, sehr gute ausgestattete Küche, große Bäder, gute Einteilung des Häuschen, 2 Terrassen, alles notwendige vorhanden, aussendusche im Garten.

Das Haus liegt in direkter Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum und der Strand war auch für unser 3jähriges Kind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und fällt nur sehr flach zum Meer hin ab, perfekt für Nichtschwimmer. Wir werden sicher sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Mooi vakantiehuis!

Prachtig vakantiehuis, goede bedden. De communicatie is gelder en duidelijk. Echter, als je van bergen houdt, is dit niet de goede hoek van Italië. Het is hier heel erg vlak. Wel een prachtige locatie voor bezoek aan steden als Ravenna en Venetië.

Super Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage auf der Insel

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa Aurora war für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern ideal. Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet. Sogar Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und die Lage des Hauses zwischen Strand und Supermarkt ist nahezu optimal.

Leuk villaatje op rustig eiland

Nette, leuke villa met tuin in een residentiële omgeving van villaatjes dichtbij supermarkt, terras en sportfaciliteiten. Het eiland op zich is redelijk afgelegen van andere bezienswaardigheden.

Perfect and relaxed holidays / Vacanze bellissime

We spent two weeks of summer holidays with our 4 children. The house is very clean and well equipped. The garden invites you to relax and the children have enough place to play and stay. Villa Aurora is near the beach and the little Supermarket is in walking distance. With the bicycle you can reach each place on the Island Albarella. Everything is clean, relaxed and the people very friendly and helpful. Enrico and his dad Orazio were very friendly and did everything so that we could spent two weeks of perfect and relaxed holidays. We will come back and thanks again for your kind hospitality. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane con i nostri 4 figli nella Villa Aurora. La casa molto pulita con tutto il comfort e con un ampio giardino. La casa è situata vicino alla spiaggia, al centro sportivo e al supermercato. Con le biciclette si arriva ad ogni angolo della Isola. Tutto è pulito e tutti gentili. Grazie a Enrico e il suo papà Orazio che ci hanno regalato due bellissime settimane. Molto gentili. Torneremo.

Lovely and very clean house with a big yard.

This holiday home is updated and the location is Perfect for families, very close to the shopping area and the beach. The house was very clean - everywhere. The kitchen is well appointed! Roofed south and north terraces. It's a very well-tended holiday house! We will definitly come back next year. The owner, Enrico, was very friendly and courteous.

BELLA VACANZA

Per la prima volta mi sono recata in questa Isola con la mia famiglia, e devo dire di essere rimasta sorpresa in positivo. La località, l'appartamento e le svariate attività hanno offerto di più rispetto alle mie aspettative. L'appartamento era ben curato, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, la posizione è a parere mio la migliore dell'Isola essendo situato vicino alla spiaggia ed il centro sportivo. Il proprietario molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Consiglierei senza dubbio questa destinazione a chiunque .

Casa confortevole e ben curata,ottima posizione

Il nostro soggiorno presso Villa Aurora è stato piacevole; la casa si presenta ben curata, pulita, luminosa e spaziosa. Completamente fornita di stoviglie, piatti... La posizione è ottimale vicino al centro commerciale e a pochi passi dal centro sportivo/spiaggia. Le biciclette fornite dal proprietario sono state utili e molto apprezzate. Il proprietario cortese, disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Consigliamo questo immobile a famiglie con bambini. I servizi dell'isola sono stati molto apprezzati .

Very nice place for spending holidays

The villa Aurora and the island Albarella is a great place for spending holidays. The house with the large garden is perfect for families with children. Everything is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is located near the the beach, swimming pools and supermarket (just 5 walking minutes). We explored the whole island with bicycles. Perfect place!

We spent one week in May in Villa Aurora. It was great! The house is clean and well equipped. It's in walking distance to the supermarket, a pizza take away, the beach and the centre sportivo with many swimmingpools. So you have everything you need nearby. The garden is wonderful! Really big and perfect for little children. We will come back! Thank you to Enrico and his Dad, who were very friendly and helpful!

Perfect location & ideal house

Many thanks to Enrico, we had a great holidays week! Albarella island is the great place for family holidays. House perfectly located on the island. 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min to Supermarket. Close to the mini-zoo and children playground as well. In the house eveyrhing we need. Closed garden is perfect for the kids under 3, they are absolutely safe there. Small tips: go to Chioggia for the fish martket and make the seafood grill party. The huge hypermarket IperLando you can find in Rosolina, 15 min driving.
