Take full advantage of the outdoors with a large private swimming pool not overlooked where you can relax in complete tranquility. The unfenced garden is made up of several terraces where everyone will find their place, to rest, meet around the barbecue or play (ping-pong table, swing, etc.).

Wonderful location

We (my 3 children and my parents) stayed at PG’s House and had a wonderful vacation. The house is charming and old as we like it to be. The vue is amazing. The house has everything you need and it’s filled with brochures about the area.The pool is situated above the house and there are a lot of stairs which makes it difficult if you have problems with you physique it will make it hard. But we loved it.

A lovely property with a wonderful pool

This is a really characterful house which has been very tastefully modernised, but it does present a few challenges. The house is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower rooms more than adequate with excellent water pressure. The covered balcony is a wonderful place to sit in the shade and there are lots of other areas to sit in either sun or shade around the property. The pool is glorious with lovely views over the surrounding countryside and plenty of loungers. There is a fridge beside the pool if you want to be able to keep cool drinks right to hand. There are a couple of drawbacks to the property which I don't think are fully obvious from the pictures. The drop from the road down to the parking area is very steep and, if your car has low clearance, you won't be able to take it down. We couldn't and that leaves you with a very steep walk followed by some very irregular steps between the car and the house. The pool is also a fairly steep walk with irregular steps from the house, so you can't just pop out of the house and into the pool. The upstairs bedroom really does have low headroom; I am 161cm tall and could only stand upright right around the bed so I did hit my head quite a few times. However, if you are fit and can cope with these minor issues, this is a lovely property in a lovely area. And the area as a whole is very well equipped if you drive an electric car; we had no problems at all with charging.

Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité, les randonnées, le gîte est fait pour vous. Il ne manque absolument de rien Le gîte étant plus bas que la route il y a + ou - 20 marches pour y accéder (A savoir pour personnes à mobilité réduite). Bien situé, nous n'avons pas du rouler beaucoup en voiture pour effectuer les visites que nous avions prévu (pont d'arc, cacade Ray-Pic, grotte chauvet, via ardèchoise, gorges de l'Ardèche, ..... Philipe attentif à votre bien être. Il nous a envoyé un sms pour nous prévenir qu'il y allait avoir une coupure d'eau un jour de la semaine. A recommander

Trop cher pour ce que c'est

Si vous avez froid prévoyez de payés un supplément pour utiliser le poêle à bois qui est cadenassé si vous n'avez pas pris l'option. Les radiateurs sont bloqués sur 20 degrés pendant 8h, tout le reste du temps ils sont bloqués sur 17 degrés. Heureusement pour nous ça à beuguer le temps de notre séjour.... trop loin de tout même pour faire les courses, si le mauvais temps s'invite pas grand choses à faire. Invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine et la salle de bain.... bref déçu.

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet, die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick und fast immer weht eine leichte, angenehme Brise. Freundliche Gastgeber, super flexibel! Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nicht so überlaufen wie die Ardeche, dennoch ist der tolle Fluss in Reichweite.
