House ground floor with outdoor pool 8x4 meters heated, secure, ideally located in Carcans city in a preserved environment, pleasant and quiet.
The house is located 400m from bike paths, 5 minutes from the lake and shops and 10 minutes from the beach.
A large garden with a covered outbuilding equipped with a bar, barbecue and plancha.
A living room, dining room of 35m2.
The kitchen is closed.
The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and have closets.
A bathroom two basins, a separate toilet.
Beds are made upon arrival, linen is provided.
A private parking allows to park 3 vehicles.
You can on reservation by phone have bicycles delivered by the shop bicycool de maubuisson.
You also have the possibility to do your shopping on the site of the Super U of Lacanau and have them delivered on your arrival.

Excellent stay

Had a wonderful stay with 7 members of my family. The villa had everything you needed throughout. Lovely open plan living with excellent outdoor space as well. Do need a car to get out about - although the lovely walk on a cycle path into the town was about 40 mins or the same time to the lake. Loads to do in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this excellent property.

Great place to stay. Outdoor area is large and really great. Lots of good attention to detail. David was friendly and a good host. House is open plan and light and airy. Nearby you have cycle routes, the beach and two lakes. Supermarket and Boulangerie just up the road. A great week even though the weather was a bit hit and miss.
