This charming 24m² studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends. This apartment is ideal for you!
"LE SURF" features an entrance hall with two bunk beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with a toilet, and a living room/kitchen with a 140x190cm sofa bed.
Enjoy the east-facing balcony all day long with views of the rooftops and forest.
BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on the room type/night/person) and the security deposit (between €500 and €1,000).
