Looking for a charming and cozy escape with good beach access? Then A Place In The Sun is for you! This spacious condo sits just across the street from the beach and offers nice Gulf views. Open living/dining/kitchen area has tile floors. Take a break from the beach and lounge by the shared pool, or enjoy a picnic on the semi-private sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVDs. Shared. laundry facilities. Just a short walk to the beach. Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay. Lovely location on SGI — short walk to the beach and easy access to the local stores and restaurants. The pool was clean and refreshing. The condo is on the older side but is clean, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated.

The perfect condo for a small beach getaway — everything you need and nothing you don’t! The beach is right across the street with a great view from the deck, and the pool is relaxing, not tiny like some rental home pools, and located behind the house — much quieter and more private than rentals where the pool is in the front so you are watching cars drive by on the street. This was our third visit and we can’t wait to stay again!

The house was very clean and exactly as described. The large spacious kitchen was really nice and the kids loved having their own TV. The pool was great and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

Cute little place. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Great location to the beach. The beach path is directly across the street from our front door. The neighborhood was quite and within easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Comfortable house for our family of four and our two teenage sons each having their own twin bed in their shared bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. The house is right across the street from the beach and an easy walk. That part of the beach was quiet and secluded. The host was also very accommodating when I asked to move my reservation up one day.

Unit was exactly what our family was looking for on our quick weekend get away! Host communication was excellent and the location was perfect for my family! You can see the ocean from the shared porch. I would stay here again on our next family trip. There is a kureg in the unit which isn’t mentioned in the listing which was a happy surprise. St. George is a great beach getaway and this unit was great!

Excellent vacation place

We were very happy with our stay here! Everything about the condo met our needs. I found it because I was looking for a pet friendly place so we could bring our dog. It was also in a very good location.
