Large 2-room apartment of 35 m2 equipped, 2 pleasant terraces facing south-east and south on the garden side in a very quiet small residence. Fine sandy beach 2 mins walk. 1st floor with reserved parking space. Separate toilet, electric shutters. 5 minutes by road and 20 minutes on foot from the city center. Large bright living room, 1 convertible sofa and a comfortable armchair, tv, speakers, board games, books and a wardrobe. In the bedroom, a large 180x190 bed, an armchair, 2 bedside tables, a small wardrobe. Shower room with hairdryer, carpet, heated towel rail. Separate toilet. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven.

Comfortable for two

The place is very comfortable for two. Very clean and close to the beach. Pet friendly, nice and quiet area. The host met us during check in and check out, showed us the apartment. She is very nice, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Wir haben 3 wundervolle Wochen in Cabourg verbracht, fußlĂ€ufig zum Meer ca.3 Minuten. Einkaufen war auch kein Problem, in der NĂ€he befindet sich ein grosses Supermarkt, ĂŒber die schönen Promenade ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der schönen Altstadt von Cabourg. Unsere Gastgeberin ist super freundlich, der Empfang sowie Abschied war sehr angenehm, wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir fĂŒhlten uns wie zuhause. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr.

Malgré le temps

Nous avons passés un agreable séjour dans cette location. Catherine a était a nos petits soins, tres professionnelle, des explications claires, posées avec une patience exemplaire. Je n'ai jamais recu d'accueil aussi chaleureux et professionnel, et pourtant avec de nombreuses années de location dans cette région. Seul petit bémol, le temps mais la Catherine nous a assurée quelle n'y etait pour rien et nous l'avons cru.
