Welcoming apartment just a few minutes' walk from the peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.



Maximum capacity for 4 people.



Ideal for enjoying peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!



Apartment on the second floor without a lift with a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Living room with direct access to the terrace.



Kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave.



Washing machine.



The main bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm).

For optimal comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a ceiling fan in each bedroom, as well as a mobile fan in the living area.



A bathroom with a shower.



Part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and a large garden.

Ideal for families with children.



Outdoor parking for a car included in the price.

Pets are accepted only upon prior request and with an additional charge.

gute FeWo in super Ausgangslage

Die FeWo liegt sehr günstig um die Costa Brava zu erkunden, fußläufig ist in 10min alles zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung war solide, die Betten recht bequem und alles wie beschrieben. Nach anfänglicher Problematik mit üblem Geruch und Schimmel im Bad wurde uns am nächsten Tag nach einigem hin und her eine andere Wohnung gegeben, womit das Problem gelöst war. Unsere gebuchten Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche haben wir leider auch erst am darauffolgenden Tag bekommen, es empfiehlt sich hierzu die Agentur direkt zu kontaktieren- nicht nur die Vermieterin. Die Wohnung könnte unserer Ansicht nach eine gewisse Grundausstattung wie z.B. Spülmittel oder Geschirrtücher vertragen. Alles in allem hatten wir jedoch eine sehr gute, entspannte Zeit und haben den Meerblick sowie die schöne Anlage sehr genossen.

Hemos estado 4 días en Semana Santa una familia de 4 miembros. Sensación agridulce... El apartamento, los detalles marinos, la ubicación bien. Confortabilidad muy mejorable La vajilla tenia polvo, y cuando nos disponíamos a limpiarlos no había nada para ello, ni una simple pastilla para el lavavajillas, ni estropajo ni jabón para ello. Seria interesante que al recoger las llaves dieran un kit básico de limpieza. Los edredones y mantas muy sucias y olor a humedad que hacían totalmente antihigiénico ni utilizable. Sinceramente lo encontramos poco confortable.

Fijn appartement, prima locatie, dicht bij het strand.Herrlijk gezamelijk zwembad in prachtige tuin. Wij hadden wel de eerste dagen overlast van de Camping naast ons. Wij hebben een super fijne vakantie gehad en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Majoituspaikka oli juuri sellainen kuin oli luvattu. Erittäin siisti ja hienolla paikalla aivan rannan tuntumassa. Rannan ravintolat hieman kalliita mutta kun käveli kylälle n 2 km oli todella halpaa. Majoituspaikan varustus oli hyvä ja mahdollisti myös ruuan laiton huoneistossa. Olimme todella tyytyväisiä kaikin puolin.

Zona común interesante, apartamento deficiente.

La valoración tiene dos partes, una primera basada en el apartamento y otra referente a las zonas comunes. El apartamento que se nos asignó era de origen, con lo cual considero que es muy justo para el precio que se paga. Baño antiguo pero funcional, habitaciones y mobiliario justito y cocina inadecuada, vieja y desangelada (entiendo que todo ello depende en gran medida del propietario, con lo cual disculpo a la agencia). La zona común, compuesta de jardín y piscina estaba muy cuidada y sin duda era uno de los puntos positivos de la finca. Si tu intención era coger el coche para desplazarte, perfecto. Si quieres hacer un poco de "vida" en la propia Calella, sin utilizar vehículo, queda un poco alejado del centro. Andar por la carretera, sin arcen practicable es peligroso (más con niños) pero eso ya depende de tu elección. En definitiva, buen destino, buena zona común, apartamento justito ppr el precio que se paga.

Super résidence propre, bien entretenue sécurisée pour les enfants parc très agréable avec la piscine ...les appartements sont très fonctionnels un petit peu bruyants.... très bien situé la ville est très jolie.... je recommande pour les familles avec enfants ou entre amis En revanche le seul point Négatif = PAs de radiateur .... et fin avril il fait PAs chaud dans l'appartement et les chambres ....
