About this property

Gîte Saint Martin, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale

Cottage of 110 m² in a farmhouse recently renovated with large pool above ground (10 x 5 m) and petanque on a space of 5000 m².

Located in the countryside, quiet, surrounded by fields of lavender, vineyard and truffle oaks. You will appreciate the beautiful view of Mont Ventoux and the mountain of Lance.

You will be 3km from Taulignan and 4km from Grignan, close to all amenities.

The house has a large terrace with barbecue, a kitchen open to the dining room, a living room with satellite TV, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and double sinks, and an independent toilet.

Secure parking and enclosed common courtyard. Not attached garden

For the pleasure of your children, we have some farm animals: a pony and sheep.

Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the many trails accessible from the house.

We will be delighted to welcome you and inform you about the various activities of our beautiful region.

Superbe propriété avec des propriétaires bienveillants. Présents mais très discrets. La climatisation nous a manqué avec cette chaleur un peu particulière cette année... Vive la piscine et les ventilateurs qui ont essayé de nous rafraîchir un peu 😀 Je recommande ce gîte qui est très bien situé et qui ne manque de rien. Superbe Région. Merci pour ces très belles vacances.

très bon séjour, propriétaires présents si besoin mais discrets très bien situé à 6/7 mns de Grignan. jolie vue sur le Ventoux et piscine bien agréable par fortes chaleurs

Le gîte est très bien équipé et propre, beaucoup de place pour les enfants à la piscine et autour, enfin, point important en cas de chaleur, un ventilateur dans chaque chambre. Très bonne expérience .
