We are 6 adults and needed a house with 4 bedrooms. We choosed that one because of the photos from this website und the very good reviews. Superhost! The contact all the time was very kind via whatsapp. The worst thing was, at the diningtable were only 3 plasticchairs when we arrived. No more in the whole house. Stephan the owner knew we would be 6 people. Via whatsapp he allowed us to brings in the gardenchairs. Photos from the website don't match to what you get: No loungefurniture at the balcony, no large table at the teracce, no parasol, no .. Nothing you could have handled before your guests arrive and let them enter alone in a dark house. But instead we were given a few rules via whatsapp how to behave in the house. Everywhere were things from the owner? in the house in the freezer, in wardrobes... Thats ok, but then you can't tell people in advance to be carefull und clean and take of the shoes and and. Stephan could have come around showing he tries to be a superhost and not just writing whatsapp and collecting quite some money. Sorry for no better news. We definitely wouldn't come again.

Merci pour ces informations complètement fausses ! Il y avait 10 chaises dans le salon et la cuisine . Et vous pouviez trouver 4 chaises en plastique dehors sur la terrasse. Les volets étaient fermés pour garder la fraîcheur dans la villa. Il y avait quelques sachets congelés dans le congélateur : désolé pour ce désagrément . Il y a quelques livres et effets personnels dans la villa : je vous rappelle que ce ne n’est pas un hôtel . Je ne pouvais pas venir vous saluer pendant le week end car j étais en déplacement à l étranger. Bien cordialement . Stéphan

Comme pour le premier commentaire la maison a du charme un équipement complet malgré le manque du lave-linge. Mais ce manque est vite oublié par l'aménagement de la maison qui est parfait. D'ailleurs je vais de nouveau la réserver pour deux semaines dans les prochains jours. Philippe

Schönes Haus vor den Toren von Metz.

Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir dort einen sehr schönen Jahreswechsel verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet . Schöner großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich. Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Sehr schöner und großer Garten. Ceck-in, Check-out alles hat super funktioniert. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Metz erreicht man nach kurzer Fahrt mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es eine sehenswerte Altstadt mit schönen Läden und sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

SUBLIME MAISON D ARCHITECTE A 10 min de Metz

Quelle extraordinaire expérience ! Une maison magnifique avec un balcon de 70 m2 qui fait le tour complet de la maison . Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une literie haut de gamme . J ai aimé particulièrement la suite parentale et l espace cuisine salon séjour immense . Nous avons visité le centre Pompidou à Metz , skié à Amneville dans un super centre indoor . Nous avons profité des thermes , du magnifique zoo et du golf à 15 min de la maison . Dans le village , il y a toutes les commodités : restaurants , boulangerie , docteur , pharmacie , marché .... Bref , je reviendrai l année prochaine avec grand plaisir !

Nettes Feriendomizil, aber...

Wir haben mit 10 Personen ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem Haus verbracht. Unser Aufenthalt war schön, wenn auch die schicke Ikea Einrichtung des Objekts nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen konnte, dass einiges mangelhaft war (Klodeckel lose, Heizungsausfall,...). Die große Überraschung kam jedoch im Nachgang, als die Kaution nicht zurück erstattet wurde, aus für uns nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen.

Comment voulez vous redonner la caution à une famille qui dégrade un mur entier de la maison et casse plusieurs objets de valeur . Évidemment le commentaire a été laissé après avoir su que la caution ne leur serait pas rendu ! Tout au long du séjour , nous communiquions par téléphone et le groupe était plus que ravi de la maison ! Il s agit donc d un commentaire non objectif qui cherche simplement à me nuire par vengeance !

SUBLIME MAISON!

J’ai hésité à réserver au vu du prix élevé mais pour rien au monde je ne regrette mon choix. Tout a été parfait ! La propreté de la maison d’abord ! La maison est spacieuse et bien décorée. Il y a 5 grandes chambres avec une literie très très confortable. Les 2 salles de bains sont grandes et modernes. La cuisine est très bien équipée et donne sur un joli salon de 50m2. Un beau balcon en bois fait le tour de la maison. Une grande terrasse derrière donne sur un grand jardin arboré où les enfants ont pu jouer en toute sécurité. On trouve tout à proximité de la maison : restaurant, massages, pharmacie, superette, café… Metz est à 10 minutes et Amnéville à 15 min. Bref je recommande vivement cette location. LE TOP DU TOP / DE LOIN MA MEILLEURE EXPERIENCE DE LOCATION
